Being a RUclipsr is very similar to running a business. You should upload thing people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. When the growth is real, you should consider hiring people with different skills (editors, script writers...) and continue to maintain a channel image that your viewers have in mind when they see your video. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course (I can recommend using a little bit of Famester to help you take off your channel).

Even if it have nothing to do with the videos post but make sure it’s the same category , you can get videos from TikTok or instagram add text or a filter or anything to customize it and post it on RUclips even if it’s not yours and it will not count as copyright . you could also duet the video and put your input on the video and for watch hours GO LIVE A COUPLE TIMES ! Regardless if it’s 1 person watching or 2 if they watch you for a full 3 hours of live it’ll count as watch hours (the quickest way as a small channel to get watch hours)

Fill out a application just like any other job. Put your name , business name address etc. your banking info and they direct deposit you once a month . It’s no different if it’s a faceless channel
