I’m really loving this series. Like I said before I’m completely new to aerial yoga and I’m using muscles I don’t normally use in regular yoga, my abs have been so sore from the ab class before this 😂 aerial yoga really does need full body activation
Cami you are the best. I can't wait to buy a better silk from your website for Christmas. My silk was from Amazon and it isn't as comfortable or as large, so I can't do some of the poses. :) I've needed a hip replacement for years; I started doing yoga about 15 years ago, which made a huge difference. I did stem cell injections 2 years ago, also made a huge difference. However, the best thing for my hip flexibility and strength has been all the inverted poses you do. Doing your videos each day over the last couple months has made life much more comfortable for me!

I so so love your classes too! We finally have spring again so I can follow you in my garage again as the house has no support for Aerial Yoga ha ha ha! And could you please tell me what size silk you use for doing the cocoon and bat pose , I think that is what they are called? Looking forward to doing all of your sequences and being in your light!
