+Douglas nome mais facil Companheiro, o vídeo relata nosda fauna e flora, e de uma forma artística e bem representada, os animais tomaram o papel dos humanos no começo para uma representação do nosso país. Assim transformando um tigre (por exemplo) em um corredor. Ao meu ver, foi uma grande representação. E sobre dizer que somos animais, isso é inrrelevante, pois não foi a mensagem deles para nois.

As a Brazilian I must say that this is really impressive! I love how you portrayed our rich fauna and flora, using the animals to represent the sports and at the same time people and the city to represent our progress. While this animation is utterly wonderful, it doesn't compare to the beauty of the real Amazon Forest, though, but I can see you tried hard to make it compare.

As a British person, when I think of Brazil I think of: football, The Amazon, rainforest, Mardis Gras, Samba, Rio, beaches...
Brazilians live in one of the most beautiful, bio-diverse countries on Planet Earth. It is an 'Eden' of sorts, which enthralls the British, who live on an overpopulated, cloudy, boring rock by comparison.
If any Brazilian didn't like this advert, can you please explain why?
Brazilians do not like stereotypes, few like samba, few practice capoeira, almost no one travels to the Amazon and most of the youth do not like football anymore, most of the population lives in cities and has never seen any wild animals, we like Brazil, but the new generation is having a crisis of identity leaving aside the customs because of the stereotypes.

We both live in complex, diverse nations. We all have modern cities, with the industry and the infrastructure which goes with it. Cities, worldwide, are very much the same. We all have similar problems, too. The BBC sought to concentrate on images which differentiate Rio/Brazil from the rest of the world.

We call it "mimimi generation", basically people that complain about everything. Please pay no attention to them, most brazillians (like myself) absolutely love our biodiversity, it's one of our greatest treasures.

I'm super late for party, but let me tell you something: as the person made it out very clearly, it's a new generation that was almost brainwashed not to believe in the beauty of the country.
Your comment was so clear about it's like Éden on earth - animals, plants, no hurricanes, no active volcanoes, a huge coast line, an even better diplomacy - we're friendly, receptive, warm people at heart...
I'm very proud of what is shown there. It's our treasure, who we are, but they prefer to be (or at least pretend that they are) from your country, USA or Asian countries. Those who complain, mostly, cannot dissociate politics from geographic beauty and animal diversity.

I think that it got so perfect I couldn't imagine that someone said that it bad because the video is about the animals, and the animals are part pf our nation and every country have your symbol. Brilliant animation by the BBC. Let's hope Rio can get over the concerns about Sikh and deliver a great Olympics. The world underestimated us (UK) four years ago and we delivered big style. All Rio have to do is be themselves, don't try and copy anyone else.

The constructions that were meant for the Olympics aren't even close to being complete. The country is drowning in a economic and political crises. The Olympics will be anything but good

As Mowgli didn't show up I began to suspect that it must be the stereotypical British view of Brazil.
OK, I understand the Europeans' fixation on fauna and flora since almost none of the original forest is left over this area.
But this ad is a beautiful piece of art, eye catching and vibrant. I love it as a creative license.
