We also CANNOT dismiss the fact that Haaland is genetically GIFTED. But his MAX potential wouldn't have been realized it he didn't train/play the way he did in his youth.

this is just my opinion but kids shouldn't be working out in the gym. They are kids! They should be out playing games and sports, discovering by themselves what they can do with their bodies, build their own functional body
I agree. But when they’re not in these ideal natural environments artificially implementing the stimulus is the next best thing imo

Hey Coach Armas! I would like to see another upper-body gym session with some less ab-exercises since we already got a full ab-workout from you. It's hard to find upper-body exercises for footballers / Athletes when most of the people giving the exercises are looking like body builders and i would think that there is noone better than you to make that video. Should players base their speed work based on their position? For example should wingers do more linear sprinting while midfielders do more quick cuts and turns or should all players train speed the same way.
At an older age that does become more important. However, if you're still a teenager or younger, you need to be training every speed aspect.
