I would like to give feedback on somethings you can make better for your customers. 1. Operation manual- this will carry all operation scenarios as you have explained in the video, it will have possible issues/challenges, upgrade criteria, battery safe operations, meaning if all symbols on the system, when to call the company and other things as you see fit. This will enable people who have forgotten all the hand over training able to refer back to something in order to answer simple questions. This way you are not bombarded with service calls a lot. 2. After the operating manual you can also paste somethings beside the system like most common symbols or the most important mode of operation. When you are called you can always refer to the document. I have a quick question- if you have a home you visit once in 5 months. Say once in 6 months. What happens to the batteries and the system if they are not constantly used. Do they get damaged if they are not used for a long time? 2. What are factors that could affect generation of electricity from the solar panels. Eg dust, trees casting shades on the panels.
Piece of advice, the advert where you have the whatsapp number is occupying 25% of the screen. It should not be a permernet feature on the screen, it's obscuring the view of the product being showcased display the information once at the beginning and end and leave the information in the description.
