If he can sort of hone in on that niche, I think he might really have stumbled upon something only really Bill could pioneer. Very cool if he can stick the landing.

Bill I am absolutely loving these episodes. Please, I'm begging you, do an episode with Scarnecchia on coming up with a game plan to attack Vince Wilfork and why Vince (and Dante) deserves to be in the HOF.
Love these. Love the history they touch on. Alot of experience between these 3. Lombardi needs to be full time. Bill is watching what he says because he knows he'll be back in the league soon. Lombardi will get some nuggets out of Belichick
Seeing Bill Belichick so relaxed and at ease is something I think we all wanted to see. Michael Lombardi and Matt Patricia are solid in their roles and look just as relaxed. I like how they break everything down in that casual approach where it doesn’t matter what level your football knowledge is at - you’ll understand what they’re talking about.
This is why primary sources are better than secondary ones. I'd rather hear from the schemers and coaches about team dynamics, roster building, and team mindset in Week 2 than some overpaid blowhard on ESPN.
This is a really good idea for a show, and it's also a good way for Bill and Patricia to show a different side of themselves and demonstrate their value to teams next season. Tom Coughlin was a winner, but nobody wanted to play for him. He learned to show more of himself to his players than his hardass coach side, and then he won 2 super bowls. I think Bill and Patricia are smart to be showing that they're able to be a bit more affable and attractive to work with.
Ok, hear me out. I was in marching band in high school. My son is in high school marching band. The message is the same. That first time you go out, you're all pumped up. Out there, sweating through practice. Just like us. However, our wins and losses didn't affect the community the same way. Even though there was pressure on both of us, we didn't feel the pressure like our football team did. It was competition all the same, but with football, it's just different. Not in the way your fans expect excellence, but in the way those on the field are exerting energy to win. Week after week, I watched our team go out and lose. Yet, they never looked like they were taking the day off. That inspired us to never take the day off. And we had a level of excellence to maintain with our band. What I'm trying to say is, it takes a team effort to be excellent. Regardless of sport or art. I am in awe of these coaches and their ability to convey the most important things in the game we love. Bill Belicheck, Matt Patricia, and Mike Lombardi are masters at their craft. Especially Belicheck. These are the most successful coaches in history. Yet, they've also had hardships.
