Coc #3 deepset close

Super excited to say after three years of training I have deep closed my number three at 146 RGC! there’s been a lot of people that have seen this journey and that believed in me when I said I was going to do it and I appreciate those people and y’all kept me motivated and pushing forward even when I wasn’t making any gains and grippers and grip strength and general! Now I have bigger goals like a deep set on the 3.5 and a 20 mill block set with my number 3 146 RGC! Can’t wait to see where me and my friends go and grip and hopefully we motivate people along the way for a healthy positive goal and to stay away from negative things and motivation let’s get it!!! I’m dedicating this to Muscle Mafia. Repping Muscle Mafia to the fullest!

Thank you, Gene!!! Been a long time coming and I never would’ve gave up even if I had been able to do it. I guess the new goal is set the standard cobalt and get to where I can 20 mill block at the 146 Rgc #3. Hoping to get some good closes in the future. Appreciate all the support brother.
