Smart(ass) watch Black band - such a cool watch and a timepiece which makes you want to stay fit and charge up, and it surely look good on anyone's wrist - period!!!
My only issue with "smart" technology is obsolescence. Given regular maintenance every 5 years, all of my mechanical watches will last a lifetime, maybe even two. What happens in 10+ years when this brand shuts down, or no longer supports their outdated models? Now you're left with a piece of hardware that works, but no longer functions with modern software. I had an ipad from 2010 that still worked fine, but it had to be recycled because modern apps no longer support it.

I hear you on the obsolescence, but the maintenance of mechanical watches cost starts from $250 for an entry level watch, all the way to $1000 and more, depending on the brand and model. That's like buying a new smart watch every 5 years, hence solving the obsolescence issue :) If you have multiple watches, then the maintenance cost grows proportionally. And that if you can find a decent watchmaker in your area to service it, and the brand still sells parts for the particular model. Otherwise it's all the way to the brand's center, with a waiting time measured in months. So you see, it's pros and cons on both sides.
Its a nice design. To be able to charge the watch via the rotor instead if needing a charger is a big plus. More smartwatches should have that function.
I really like this Nasa watch and thinking of getting one How would you compare with the famous Withings doing the same analog smart watches design and features ❤

I never thought I see the day when I see a review on this channel on a smart watch. 🤣. I probably will never wear a smart watch but these look a good option. I will not get any of these because I don't like the fact that I will have to charger these time pieces. However, I do like the concept and the colours and design of the solar ones, do might have to wait for those to come out and decide. Thanks for the review Marko
A good watch has to allow us to easily read the time. The Black and blue watch dials are the only one with high contrast indices and hands that enables quick, fast reading. While the NASA watch dial is cool, it isn't readable at all...
I've had zero interest in smart watches but this actually is good looking and has the only functionality I would want from them. Plus my biggest gripe with my wife's Apple watch is the constant charging. I'm surprisingly considering this
Eagerly anticipating "version 2" of this watch line: 1) more features beyond basic time & step count - GMT hand, rotating bezel, chronograph, alarm or minute repeater 2) better rotational charging efficiency 3) improved heart rate detection 4) thinner & more compact case build 5) better water resistance 6) refinements to the smartphone app -> Very promising so far, hope I get my wishes!
