@Antonio Zamudio I totally agree the iPad Pro is a great machine, I exclusively use it for my job w/social media content creation and I've been able to get graphic design, photo editing and videos done way quicker. I do think the tech community underestimates what it can do depending on the user's needs. That being said their accessories are disgustingly overpriced. Smart Folio that doesn't really protect the device? $100!?!? Their monitors are beyond shockingly priced, the AirPod Max etc. and I like what they're doing with the M1 which is lowering the cos of their devices while offering great competitive power. Maybe my comment was a little nondescript and quick but I do think they have some pricing issues even if I do genuinely believe their devices themselves are all great
is its memory dual channel? I'm unable to find the answer for myself. I'm also wondering the same for Surface Pro 8, as it isn't noted in its technical specifications
Bought the refurbished item and the fan noise is quite noticeable. Can I use the new PN7522W stylus pen on this unit? I mean, will seat well inside the keyboard just like the standard PN7320A stylus pen?
I can confirm that sound and the webcam do not work for this device on Linux yet. HOWEVER: I contacted the driver developers and helped them fixing the sound issue. I guess Linux kernel 5.15 or at the latest 5.16 should fix it. 😊
4gb ram $1500?? Why would anyone even think about that!!
4gb of ram in 2021 should be illegal
It's 16GB in this laptop
@@non.exe.base is 4gb ram, of course i dont think anyone actually bought this config.

Why not get a surface pro then?
Because of the thinner bezel, thunderbolt 4 ports, better cooling system(dual fans)?

because now its incredibly cheap, a budget beast.
$1500 for a tab with 4gb……………. I know Apple can be bad but this? REALLY, Dell!?

Microsoft too
great review, thanks, can you please elaborate more on linux performance
You missed the most important part, the battery runtime under regular day to day payload … it would be very helpful to get an idea on that.
He did say 8 to 9 hours!?

I own this model. It does run in dual channel mode.
Do the thunderbolt ports have it's own controller?

is there a 2 in 1 laptop that doesn't have a glossy screen?
Have you added an eGPU to this type of devices, MS Surface Pro Tablets, using a thunderbolt port?
$3200+ Cdn?.. Ha ha!
No.
Did you try to access the rear camera in tablet mode?
Thanks
Bendy is indeed a word.
The problem with these detachable these days is a proper dock that is not a dongle like thing
Have you tried Dell Dock UD22?
@@vg1979 thats just a big dongle
Looks just like my Surface Pro 8! And boy were you wrong about Windows 11 tablet mode...it's sucks!
I am from the Future, win 11 doesn't have a tablet mode

Haha 1500 for a 4gb laptop. Some screen bleed as well. Nice.
