Looks awesome! Keep the videos coming. I would mount the subframe solid like you mentioned. Makes no sense to use bushings since each suspension piece has its own..
Now that you've had this a while could you tell us the pros and cons? Was it worth the time and extra expense? I appreciate you taking the time to film the install.
I just bought a 2016 mustang irs for my 79 f100. I've already done the crown Vic swap. I'm excited to get this swap done. Where did you get the Viking coilovers?
What did you use for a driveshaft when you still had the 8.8 solid axle? Also what transmission do you have? I’m doing a similar swap in my 69 f100 I’m using a 4l60e and an 8.8. Love the truck btw
Question for anyone: Around here, nobody is wrecking enough Mustangs to make this a cheap swap BUT they are wrecking Explorers with wild abandon. Will the Explorer IRS work???
Killer dude ... you're gonna have doppelganger F 100 here in NJ !

Good technique on the rivets I heat them mapp gas till there light cherry red then hit them while hot with the air chisel usually pop right off

Did you take any hub to hub measurements? It's something good to add to make your videos more informative.
