I love the fact they are still around, making great music. Been a fan since the 80's! It sure doesn't seem like 40 years is even possible but here we are.
I agree, i never understood why Siobhan got all the attention for being the prettiest, she was definitely stunning, but for me it was Keren all the way.
@@sufyanlowel4631 They look good for their age, just admit it, it's a fact. These lady's are in their mid 60's, and i don't see any botox or plastic in sight.. I wouldn't say i fancy either of them, (not that way inclined) but you can't deny they look good for their age..
@@halloweenville1 I don't really care about age, botox, plastic etc. They used to be Bananarama now they are just ordinary. I prefer the late Pete Burns full of botox not this. I prefer Axl Rose with botox, but he is still Axl Rose. I prefer Madonna with botox, but she is still Madonna, not some fancy postcard. Look at Boy George. He is never ordinary. Look at Cyndi. She is never ordinary. Even Pet Shop Boys still trying to do something.
Pop Life is a great album. I love so many Bananarama songs and still listen to them. They were my all time favorite group from the amazing 80’s. I’m SO happy they have a new song!
Wow! They look absolutely *gorgeous*! More so than in the 80’s & 90’s. And they’re absolutely delightful women who never fail to put a smile on my face.
No attitudes! Never let fame change who they've become! Looking better than 99% of artists 40 years later and still having fun. They look back and feel that they've lived and still living a great life.
Me, as a fan from Germany, grew up in the 80ies with your fantastic music. Now with 58 i have to say, you are really timeless, not aging.❤❤ Still the same great voices and please tell me your secret, how do you maintain a fantastic figure like you have? All the best for you ❤❤
I´d rather going out to hang out with these two ladies, than with any 20, 30 or 40 woman; both are lovable, classi and beautiful, my whole admiration from Yucatán, México.
They were part of a band that produced some of the best music I have ever had the pleasure of listening to. They are still good of course but Nothing will ever beat the 80's.
vivdly remember when i heard Shy Boy for the first time on the radio, got the 7" and still got it. Not a huge fan, but always following them and their music... they're great
My favourite by them is Cheers Then. It has some really special memories. Wonderful single that got caught up in the Christmas rush that year. Don't they look great still!
As an old metalhead, I remember their 80's stuff fondly, along with most 80's music. They still got it, musically, and gorgeously. Only a shame Siobhan didn't hang around after the 2017-2018 full reunion.
Damm, in 1984 I was 13 years old and I was falling in love in this girls. Today they are so pretty ladies. I am loving girls and Ladies from England so much. Love from Germany ❤❤

They’re looking great! They’ve got a fab, dry sense of humour and don’t take themselves too seriously. I think they genuinely do it for the love of it. Otherwise I don’t think they would be bothered! Lol
Saw them at the Palladium last night - stunning! ❤Fun! Terrific! The crowd was also amazing - a lot of warmth and love ❤️ and the girls (always girls for me, no disrespect) talented and wonderful ❤
I agree, Masquerade is brilliant, and I love their 2005 single Look on the Floor too. Their 2009 stuff was good too, I really respect these women for not bowing down to society's ageist expectations and still releasing bangers into their 60s, the video for the single Masquerade is pure art too.
Their old stuff did very well on the pop charts. Not so with Masquerade and their new stuff, which have had an impact on the dance charts only. Bananarama was at its best when Siobhan was with the group and co-writing songs with Sara.
Loved them since I first heard Shy Boy on Much Music way back when. They certainly don't get the credit they deserve, at least in North America anyway. They look like they have hardly aged at all. I do wish the original 3 were still together, but I'll take what I can get :)
Didn't know they spoke the Queen's English. I just remembered a couple tunes from the 80s - Venus and Cruel Summer. A couple days ago I was getting a couple fish tacos from Wahoos and while I waited a song came on with the phrase "I heard a rumor". I thought it was a new group and when I did a lyric search I was surprised it was Bananarama.
Sara recently said, that they are in high demand around the world, because they were famous worldwide, and so they always have a gig. In fact i think it was an episode of Antique road show where they both appeared a couple of years back.
60+ and still rocking it!!!! Loved them in the eighties, like most of the music in that legendary decade - You go girls! 😉😙
Always a joy.
40 years! Seems like yesterday.
Great times!
Beautiful ladies, Amazing voices.
Loved these girls back in the 80s. They still look amazing.
Siobhan was always my fave. Really sucks that she isn’t part of this.
True, but I think she’s involved with Shakespears Sister again.

Damn... and they are still beautiful in their 60's. Oh how the 80's and 90's rocked
Your music has always been uplifting, long may it continue.
Their long play "Wow" (1987) gave me a lot of positive emotions at that time. And I still sometimes listen to it with pleasure 😘
They still look and sound amazing!
Keren was always the one I fancied the most as a kid, and she still looks gorgeous now.
I agree, i never understood why Siobhan got all the attention for being the prettiest, she was definitely stunning, but for me it was Keren all the way.
Same for me....I'm 52 now and she looks younger than me. And my Gods she is wonderful.
