As an old metalhead, I remember their 80's stuff fondly, along with most 80's music. They still got it, musically, and gorgeously. Only a shame Siobhan didn't hang around after the 2017-2018 full reunion.
I love the fact they are still around, making great music. Been a fan since the 80's! It sure doesn't seem like 40 years is even possible but here we are.
Siobhan was a Babe and overlooked by Blokes in my late teen era who were lusting after Debbie Harry and Madonna instead. Karen was ok also out of the 3. Either way their Music is still far superior than todays Rubbish. 80’s was the best Era for Music without doubt. Todays music lacks any melody and the Lack of Clothing seems to be used for lack of Talent.🤷♂️ It’s getting to the point where Singing completely naked is on the Cards.🙈
I agree, i never understood why Siobhan got all the attention for being the prettiest, she was definitely stunning, but for me it was Keren all the way.
@@sufyanlowel4631 They look good for their age, just admit it, it's a fact. These lady's are in their mid 60's, and i don't see any botox or plastic in sight.. I wouldn't say i fancy either of them, (not that way inclined) but you can't deny they look good for their age..
@@halloweenville1 I don't really care about age, botox, plastic etc. They used to be Bananarama now they are just ordinary. I prefer the late Pete Burns full of botox not this. I prefer Axl Rose with botox, but he is still Axl Rose. I prefer Madonna with botox, but she is still Madonna, not some fancy postcard. Look at Boy George. He is never ordinary. Look at Cyndi. She is never ordinary. Even Pet Shop Boys still trying to do something.
I´d rather going out to hang out with these two ladies, than with any 20, 30 or 40 woman; both are lovable, classi and beautiful, my whole admiration from Yucatán, México.
I believe songs had more meaning back then (80s and so on). Songs today lack meaning, tone or quality. They all sound alike. In the 80s, no two songs or bands sounded alike.
Wow! They look absolutely *gorgeous*! More so than in the 80’s & 90’s. And they’re absolutely delightful women who never fail to put a smile on my face.
Loved Bananarama before they teamed up with SAW. They were cool real individuals. The non polished but shambolic vibe was part of the charm. But it’s still nice to see them popping back every few years. Terrible interviewers as always.
Strange they don't talk about or mention a third of the band!! Siobhan. Like she never existed! ...weird, at least acknowledge her contribution to the bands success as a group.
No attitudes! Never let fame change who they've become! Looking better than 99% of artists 40 years later and still having fun. They look back and feel that they've lived and still living a great life.
They’re looking great! They’ve got a fab, dry sense of humour and don’t take themselves too seriously. I think they genuinely do it for the love of it. Otherwise I don’t think they would be bothered! Lol
Lovely to see Sarah and Keren, but these interviewers are terrible! Inane questions, getting names wrong, not listening to the answers ... I know it was early in the day, but honestly!
They were part of a band that produced some of the best music I have ever had the pleasure of listening to. They are still good of course but Nothing will ever beat the 80's.

Pop Life is a great album. I love so many Bananarama songs and still listen to them. They were my all time favorite group from the amazing 80’s. I’m SO happy they have a new song!
I agree, Masquerade is brilliant, and I love their 2005 single Look on the Floor too. Their 2009 stuff was good too, I really respect these women for not bowing down to society's ageist expectations and still releasing bangers into their 60s, the video for the single Masquerade is pure art too.
Their old stuff did very well on the pop charts. Not so with Masquerade and their new stuff, which have had an impact on the dance charts only. Bananarama was at its best when Siobhan was with the group and co-writing songs with Sara.
Damm, in 1984 I was 13 years old and I was falling in love in this girls. Today they are so pretty ladies. I am loving girls and Ladies from England so much. Love from Germany ❤❤

They’re quite attractive ladies, I think the 80s image was a dreadful look that made them appear less attractive than they really were. And that 80s dancing…. !!!
That look was super cool at the time though. It followed on from 70s punk which was all about defying convention. For women, the message was one of strength and saying they weren't typical 'dollybird' singers. There are more important things than presenting to the world as conventionally attractive.

They don’t like it, but they will still perform it. They don’t hate it nearly as much as Do Not Disturb. Bananarama will never perform that song in a live concert, no matter how much fans would want them to.
Loved them since I first heard Shy Boy on Much Music way back when. They certainly don't get the credit they deserve, at least in North America anyway. They look like they have hardly aged at all. I do wish the original 3 were still together, but I'll take what I can get :)
It is "I want you back" that they don't really like. I love it how Sarah does not sing through her microphone even though it was not live. So "I don't care".
That's my favorite but... Since it changed I see why it'd be weird to them but I think the GH version is a fantastic song. Robert dinero wasn't a hit in America and I really don't think it's a very good song. It's bleh

60+ and still rocking it!!!! Loved them in the eighties, like most of the music in that legendary decade - You go girls! 😉😙
