My husband grow up in Palermo, seeing more stories like this makes me realize more why he prefer to live in Germany. Nothing less he still loves his country and I learned to love it too.
Beautiful stunning ladies with beautiful warming personalities& great young men with great charm ! I have many great friends from Sicily what a beautiful country
Great video.I have traveled to Cuba Colombia Venezuela Uruguay and each time I had made my choice to eat and mix with the locals.Somtimes they are suspicious, but hay who can blame them? But when they're comfortable with they are wonderful people, just like my people back home in Liverpool England.Palermo my next call x
Been there 3 years ago. The old city is interesting, yet crowded and noisy...but apart from that, the city looks dirty, streets are really bad, traffic a nightmare, parking guys asking money for free parking, trash everywhere...people are rather poor...i was dissapointed i couldn' t find any nice beach around...it is a totally different Italy
I like how the young people still respect values and care about others and their friends. Their economic plight is not their fault nor their parents. it's global system of cut throat capitalism
@@thisguy976 they have Arab genes like Greek genes more specifically Arabic for Palermo because that’s where the arabs stayed the Greeks were in the east more
@@thisguy976 we aren’t Greek or Arab or Italians we are Sicilians we have our own history and culture and the language is one of the oldest North and south are completely different. The english brothers decided in 1861 to unite the "Mediterranean boot", peoples who were totally different from each other and for the most part happy with their political and economic situation, but through corruption and violence they succeeded in the undertaking. Obviously Garibaldi and his powerful allies were brothers. An English Navy ship was stationed off the coast of Sicily ready to intervene but there was no need. Centralize, centralize under the flag with the colors of the brotherhood. 🇮🇹

It used to be. Now, the young people cannot speak Sicilian, the girls can't cook, the boys don't work, and the kids bully and beat their teachers.

I would love to hang out with Morena and have fun.
Wow people in Palermo they've got beautiful Arabic features.
They're not Arabic. Some had saracen influence in dna but minimal, mainly Latin and Hispanic.
Some Greek too.
