    this is the first of your videos i've seen and I was not let down! your voice is soothing and nice to listen to and the tips you gave on ways of expanding work in a sketchbook made me want to break out my sketchbook and draw again! thank you for helping to inspire me! keep up the great work I'll be watching with full support!

    What can I do to get better at sketching faces on my own?

      although im not very skilled at drawing faces without a reference, i would suggest starting with learning the anatomy of the face. im currently studying this by watching anatomy breakdowns on you tube and also learning about the different working parts of the jaw, nose, eyes, etc in a more medical sense- i would say starting with drawing from references and practicing different face shapes/ bone structure is the best place to start, and there are a ton of helpful videos and guides on you tube to help branch off from there 🥰🥰 hope this helps!!

      @@krystalannawilliams2653 it also depends on your style. If you are trying to do a specific style then that’s not something that can be taught over RUclips comments. If you are trying to do realistic, absolutely use references. If its more stylistic or cartoony then look up videos or photos of other people’s drawings with the style you want
