Thanks so much for taking the time to speak with us! We want to give a huge thank you to the entire team at Schwabenstein for organizing such an amazing event. We had such a great time and look forward to visiting again!
Hi Fx Bricks, Can't wait to have all those products on hands and the wait is worth our while lol. The solutions you have come up with is just phenomonal! I also understand and mostly respect your thoroughly adaptations and designing proces, they must have been fun to do but pain staking at times and that with the whole awaiting community in mind absolutely amazing. From the first released track components you can already see this is a high quality product. And the way you explain in detail about all solutions and future plans/products and the prototypes shown in multiple videos you can clearly see that nothing is taken for granted and really well made with the best at heart. I have watched alot of videos the past few days about your products and i am still wondering, ( but you're ofcourse depending by your suppliers as well as covid restrictions) that when will the powerstation, track feeder and bogie come out? Same old question again, but super hiped and curious! I also know that a direct awnser can't be given but if i might say this: i hope this will be ready for sale next spring/summer. So we can enjoy your now already beloved products! greetings from Holland.
It would be great if you would also be able to remotely control locos which are equipped with the pfx brick with your trafo. That way you could control Battery Equipped and also 9v/12v track powered trains with one trafo.
I'm happy to hear from Fxbricks again. I really appreciate it that they keep developing products for the 9v system. I will definitely buy the 9v train motor when it releases.
It was a pleasure to meet us in person. We've known each other since about 2017 and after all the lock downs, we finally got to see each other in person. We have many railroad fans in Europe and many are pleased that you are bringing fresh wind and new material on the way.
Hi Holger @AustrianBrickFan! Awesome video about Fx Bricks and their upcoming products, I am just like you and many others super hiped to get my hands on all of their products and make awesome layouts and realistic looking trains, thanks for sharing!
Just waiting patiently for the release then I will be stocking up on motors and everything I missed because Lego stopped selling the good stuff. I have cancer too unfortunately so I wish fx bricks could hurry the release up. I want as much time with this as I can get with the time I have left.
Unfortunately, the important P40 switch was not addressed, which was announced for release in 2021 already. Without switches, you cannot build any reasonable track. Problem is that since then, I only have seen presentations speaking of products as if they were available, which are, in fact, not available but already delayed for one or two years, long overdue, and no update release date is given.
25:50 Regarding the new motor bogie: it would be great if there were a smaller smooth bogie pin tile, smaller than 6x4, to build on top of these studs. Because with the wider curves coming, I want to build longer locomotives (e.g. 36 studs long), and here I often encounter the problem that the classic Lego motor bogie cannot turn enough outwards to the side if the motor bogie is mounted under a Train Base 6x28 or 6x24. The problem is that the 6x4 motor bogie tile, due to its 4 stud width, gets stuck at the edges of the Train Base. This can be improved by using a Technic Plate and Technic Pin, or by the 2x2 Tile with Pin, but they have to fit on the studs of the new Fx Track motor bogie. I am not sure if I can build this with the currently available Lego parts. The 2x2 Tile is too small and must be mounted on a plate ifself, but in the mid of the motor opening shown here, there is the motor block with no studs. Probably a 6x2 rather than 6x4 Bogie Tile with Pin would be perfect to solve the problem. Hmmm...
You can isolate the motor from the pick-up and use it only as a power pick up element. Then you can send the power to your locomotive. You could put the pick-up element in the tender and send the electric power to the motor in the loco.
Do you use 96x96 studs (base)plates? Because R184 fits on two 96x96 studs (base)plates. 96+96=192 studs. R184+4=188 studs. Then you have 4 studs spare, just like the 32x32 (base)plates.
So the thing I was most anxious about has been solved. Am I getting this right? I can buy the fx brick controller with their motor and could controll the pfx brick with the new controller as well and get the power from the tracks?! That would be fucking awesome!!!
I am intrigued. How do you have to change the Lego models, will you keep the original wheels and look or will they have to be changed to different ones?
its depending on what do you want to do. If you only want to change the motor, then you only replace the original bogey with this one shown in the video. For additional light & sound via PFX Brick, you need to implement this brick in the set

Will you sell to Australia?

Great Video, with an awesome cameraman ^^ Aufwiederbauen!

So, when do these products start hitting the market?
Wow!
Great video!

With this, standard DCC could be used with Lego
wow amazing vidéo

This is such a great idea. I'd hope there's a way to get these in The States?
