Well mark it turned out all right in the end ..you don't really want that sort of problem on jobs but out of your hands and makes the job drag on .

You can use a circular saw for resin…used one myself but need a fine blade. The grinder tends to create a lot of heat. Never ceases to amaze me how bloody heavy resin tops are😂

Always need to check the centre of the sink as sometimes if there’s an overhang, you need to cut both ends

Like every job when finished its hard to see why it has taken so long! A worktop nightmare! Cutting it freehand was very brave but at least you didn't drop it carrying it into the house!!
