so total cook like was only like 6 minutes? I find myself in the habit of overcooking things lately to just get some more smoke flavor in the meats. wife been yelling at me for this.
Pretty much 1 1/2 minutes rotate and go for another 1 1/2 minutes.....flip over and repeat.....just remember I was cooking at 450 degrees.......thanks for watching and leaving a comment.
If the wife says you're over cooking the meat.....totally forget about the time, and start going by the internal temp of your meat. A GREAT Guide is from the USDA for minimum internal food temps: www.fsis.usda.gov/food-safety/safe-food-handling-and-preparation/food-safety-basics/safe-temperature-chart , this is really great to go by.
