I started smoking at 13 I’m now 22 about to turn 23. I never thought I would stop smoking , I had given up all the drugs I was using except weed, it was my crutch, I prayed for deliverance for about 2 months and today is 3 weeks that I’m clean. I was still saved but I was a carnal Christian. Praise God for deliverance
@@NegativeProcess well I started building my relationship with Christ last year and slowly he started brining to my attention that it was holding me back which it was and I prayed for strength and deliverance for about 2 months once I made the decision I just stuck with it. God has blessed me with no withdrawal symptoms praise God

I'm an ex witch and occult lover. EVERYTHING he's saying is so real. I've experienced almost everything he did. There are differences but the bottom line is Satan is real, demons are real, God is real!! And regardless of my complete rebellion and disobedience, Jesus still saved me. Delivered me, I didn't go to him, he came to me!! I don't know if anyone truly grasps how loving our father truly is. I'm so thankful, Jesus delivered me. I was so oppressed and tormented by demons for years.

I was into cleansing the third eye, meditation and astral projection. Eventually I started getting into the Law of Attraction and my life started falling apart. I had a somewhat identical story. It's a long one, but I'll sum it up. The "synchronicities" were demons messing with me. I saw them and my life felt like a horror movie. At first they were harmless and then they were harassing me. They tried to drive me insane, and God pulled me out and I no longer experience it. Thank Jesus!

The Holy Spirit was convicting me about the music I was listening too. No matter how hard I tried to stop listening. I couldn’t stop. Every morning I would start out with prayer and I would turn Christian music on while driving. I would be in such a great mood. By lunch I’m back to listening to secular music. I was on my way to work one morning about 5 years ago and just like every morning. I would start out in prayer while driving but after prayer this time I sat in silence. In my left ear the LORD spoke to me in this soft subtle voice. “Do you know what Lucifer’s job was in Heaven? Why I created him?” I jump to the side and looked over to my left in shock but answered right away. “Yes, he was the leader of music. The leader of worship!” The LORD answered back and said “So you don’t think that won’t be his most powerful tool here on this Earth?” It blew my mind. GOD literally spoke to me. It changed my entire life. I stopped listening to secular music in that very moment. GOD removed the scales from my eyes and the spiritual growth that occurred is absolutely amazing. I am no longer a prisoner of the demonic realm. All praise, honor and glory be to GOD the father Almighty maker of Heaven and Earth!!!!!

I truly believe this and wish more people would talk about this. I just feel like it's such a relevant topic when you consider what we're being exposed to visually everyday (music videos, TikTok, etc). However the Lord has been showing me that butterfly images shows the devil and his minions that we are, or was under mind control. It's a calling card for predatory spirits. Smoked from 17-31. Had some conversations with the Lord while stoned and alone, and He never ONCE said, "Hey, you should keep doing this!" It was ALWAYS, "I want you to stop." Very clearly. I took a break for about 8 months, then started for about another year, but I'm a few days clean, and I just want to say we can do it! All praise to the Father in Heaven!

@MaryShoemaker-wi4fy Jesus said remain sober minded and vigilant. It's hard to be sober minded and spiritually ready for battle when you're high all the time. I smoked too since I was 15 and I'm 42 now and quit over a year ago. I'm much more aware of things and not as forgetful as I was before.

@MaryShoemaker-wi4fy Try Kratom 😊. It's much better than pain pills and the chemicals in them. It's a plant herb 🌿, the leaves are crushed to powder form and it helps alot with pain and focus. I have been taking it for.over 4 years every day and have never felt better and so focused in my life. It really works wonders and DOES NOT get you high contrary to what anyone else says or believes. I’m at this point in my life as well. It’s like everything is becoming clear. I just text my mom thanking her for protecting us with the word of God when we were younger. I’m 25 and just now I finally understand how much God has protected me throughout my life.

He wants our whole attention and heart so He can show us and give us a new heart because His Son, Jesus Christ, already paid for our sins. God wants you to know Him completely; He wants to be your lifeguard at all times. Remember, there is nothing more important than your relationship with God. Family members and others are less important. Choose to be filled with God's love, and you will see that everyone around you will change as well. Trust Him with the process. He has already taken the struggle from you because you believe, but it has to be genuine. Trust in Him. The thoughts of giving up are literally not you but the evil that doesn’t want to let you go because it knows you will be a changed person, and it loses again, just as it lost against God. Honestly, I’ve been smoking weed for 10 straight years. All day everyday. When I finally committed my life to Christ, I still kept smoking thinking well it’s legit so it’s not a sin. It wasn’t until I realize other people couldn’t tell I was a Christ believer. That shook me. Christ calls us to be set apart from the world. Quitting was the best decision I made and it’s only Christ that I’m still not smoking. I have so much clarity in my life now. If your struggling to quit, I’m telling you lay it at the cross! His strength will get you through it!

They are always watching us. I’ve heard that certain fallen spirits stick with the same family, generation after generation, and they study every little thing. After studying generations, they get it down to where the smallest facial expression that you exhibit, they know what your are thinking or what you are about to say or do.

I had a very hard time to quit smoking after I gave my life to Jesus. One night, I cried to God for help. I admitted I couldn’t do it on my own and prayed on my knees to remove this stronghold from my life. I wanted my life and my body to belong to Jesus. This was October 31, 2006 and that was the last time I smoked. All praise and honor 🙌 to our living God. Nothing is impossible for God.

He’s definitely telling the truth. Years ago my brother started doing drugs. Smoking weed, and who know what else. Right after that he started acting crazy, very demonic, like demons had control over him. Yah started putting things in my dreams about my brother. One was the house he stayed it was covered with spider webs in the dream. Another one, I was driving in this car and it was real dark, and eerie and I remember I was saying, man who would be out here in this darkness? Well my brother was out there in that darkness, because I saw him. It got so weird, he started dancing while he was high, just dancing. I remember he told our pastor at the time, he had a snake in his body and he was scared to go to sleep. The one thing that really let me know he had probably a legion of demons, was one day, one of my family members called me, and said, my brother was outside the house taking his clothes off, trying to get under a car. That scripture of Jesus healing the man with a legion of demons came to mind. If my brother was high, he would just dance to the music. My family members, thought he was literally crazy but I knew what it was. I just praise God now that he’s doing better, because Yah came in and my brother is doing ok now. The devil and his demons are real but we have the power thru Jesus Christ over them.

This guy is not lying. I have a few experiences like this. A guy told me that while at a party everyone there was high on cocaine. He said he wanted to stop getting high but couldn't then he saw a demon walking around in the room laughing at everyone.
After I gave my life to Christ, I had 1 last show to do. Didn't want to do it but I had spent the deposit money. I was in the club waiting to go on stage while everyone else was drinking having a good time I saw everything in n the spirit realm. I knew who was sick with disease, demons of homicide, homosexuality, whoredom in the club on people. Craziest thing ever. So I know this guy is right on point because I witnessed this!

I smoked for 25 years...quit 2 years ago after my mother passed away. I can say I have never been calmer and happier. I see things simply as they are without emotion. I let my thoughts pass without dwelling on nonsense. Everything is clear, straightforward and simple. I don't get overwhelmed and lost my anger and frustration. I can clearly spot smokers by their actions. I dont judge them. I just tell them my story. I found love and understanding toward my family. Good times

I cried watching this. I used to smoke when I was depressed and was in the wrong crowd. I started to become hooked but one day it got really bad and I was incredibly anxious and full of regret and all I wanted was God. I prayed out to God and repented for smoking and prayed that if God sobered me up, I would never smoke again. About 20 or so minutes later I was completely sober and I never smoked again. It’s been about 4 months I think and I never want to touch it again. God is good, thank you Jesus 🙏🏽✝️💖💗

I definitely wish you well along your path to free yourself from your addictions. But unless you are getting weed that’s laced with something else, weed is NOT addictive and you can easily stop smoking by literally not smoking. You don’t get withdrawals, and your body doesn’t depend on it. It has zero addictive chemicals at all. Anyways, I’ll pray for you!

This testimony so touched my heart, i found myself crying listening to him tell about his altar call. I recently stopped medical marijuana, realizing it didn't help my pain. I just got high so I forgot about for a while. I stopped doing anything I used to enjoy. Paint, create things, etc. I've been sober for 5 months now, repented from all of my vices except coffee (that's a hard one!). Last June I had an encounter with God that changed my life. I was saved that day and I've never looked back. God has saved me so many times in my life, beginning as a 6 months old baby with Spinal Meningitis. I wasn't expected to survive and if I did, i would be a vegetable, blind and probably wheelchair bound. My Father knows the day God saved me. I'm now 60+ yrs old, a former RN with 2 college degrees, one graduating with honors. God is so good! I've wandered far from Him in my life but he never gave up on me. I repented and am walking the walk with Jesus. I can't listen the the music I used to listen to, can't watch the same movies or tolerate the language anymore. It's like a gutpunch to my soul. It's taken a toll on my marriage and friendships but things of this world don't matter as much anymore. Thank you so much for continuing to show us God's Grace. #GodWins

One day while I was smoking, I seen myself bowing down to this drug that I made my god. I use to pray and smoke and one day my spiritual eyes just opened and I seen this and felt God’s heart toward me doing this and I cried my heart out and prayed. “I don’t want to do this no more, I don’t want to do this to YOU no more please help me. And I’m not kidding about 3 days later as I got up off my knees from praying like I did every morning regardless of me smoking and I heard “You don’t want it anymore. And I said huh? Because I really didn’t know what that meant and I heard it again and it was like I just had this understanding and I said ok. I came into agreement with God and what he said and I went in the other room and one of my family members passed me a blunt (like it was a test or temptation) and I said the same words, “I don’t want it anymore.” And I have been delivered ever since. God is real and He can help us overcome all sin and yes smoking is sin, it is sorcery, a form of witchcraft. Pray and ask God to help you if you are struggling with this sin and He can deliver you out of darkness and bring you into His marvelous light. God bless you all!

Pharmekeia means sorcery and therefore when you participate in it you are doing witchcraft on yourself opening up yourself to demonic attacks and oppression even allowing it to become an idol and therefore being sin. This is crazy because I've been saying for 2 years I wanted to stop and for my birthday this year I ask God to help me stop smoking because I don't want to do it anymore. I never daw anything wrong with it…I use it to meditate and pray. I’m all messed up I guess. I always felt that it was much better than what I used to do. I’m going to quit. I was baptised again last weekend for the 3rd time and I have fully dedicated myself to the Lord. I read my bible and I really enjoy the opportunity to hear God talking back to me. He is speaking the truth! I never smoked "weed" but tried 3 blunts that was passed around. When I came to, the Ambulance was pulling into the hospital. I never touch another drug again. Glad it happened. It's by his mercy and grace that we are all here and I'm 57. All my children were born with vails over their eyes and can see spirits. I've been seeing them since I was 9 and when I tell you, if you could see in the spirit realm, just to see what is even standing next to you, it would scare the life out of you. God won't allow you to see them until you are ready because he knows your heart would more than likely stop. I remember my son was visiting my sister who just lived a crossed the street from us. He went to bible study one day, he asked the driver to drop him to my sister's house because he wasn't sure if I was home. As he went down the stairs (she lived on the lower level) He got to the bottom step, saw what he thought was a man, the man stared at him as he walked through my sister's wall. My sister was a partier. Serious one at that. Kept lots of traffic in and out. She along with others getting high. I would always see dark spirits hovering over her and began to pray. I always had to stay prayed up when going around her home. She called me and said "Nigel" banged on my door, screaming that he saw something go through the walls of my house. I ran to get him from there and covered him with the word of God. I say that to say this! My son grew up knowing the word and started smoking weed. When God has a call on your life, you will have no choice but to answer. Keep in mind, God is a gentleman and will not force himself on you. He gives free will! My son was smoking weed and years later, that same man (demon) he saw as a child, he saw as an adult. Demons are assigned to all of us and will stop at no cost. They come through Music, TV, and people. Heck, the devil can sit in church right next to you. Stay prayed up young ones because you the next generation, is who he's coming for. Notice, parents are out living their kids. Each generation will be wiser but weaker to the things of this world. Hey, I'm far from perfect and make mistakes. I want to see this younger generation make it; I really do! Love you guys and keep fighting no matter what!😘❤

i used to get high on coke every now and again, until my apt where i live with my partner and kids, got invaded by demons. i literally came face to face with one of them. they tormented me; theyd show up and disappear, they made all my kids teddies stand and shouting at me. everything i had watched in horror movies was happening right before my eyes. they pressed me so bad the only thing that stopped before from jumping off my balcony was bc i was christian but had backslid and i knew should i commit suicide id go straight to hell forever! i fought and fought for 3 days and 3 nights exactly until they disappeared. its been about 7 or so months now and its safe to say ill never take drugs again. hallelujah!! lol

This is very helpful. I am in a position in my life where I am scared. I come from an upbringing of secular lifestyles all around me and sexual abuse since 5 years of age. I’ve always questioned the abuse and the secular activities around me always caused me pause. I grew up to feel undeserving of any safe places with God and have self sabotaged my relationship with him since. I am at a point where I feel in a tug-a-war between good and evil. I desire God and heaven so much, I just don’t think I deserve it. I pray to have this possession that may be over me, freed from my soul and the generations before me. Dear God, thank you for leading me to this video, it helped a bit.

I come from a very large family with a domineering father, the family is catholic and to mention any other religion is heresy. 1 of my older sisters came home one day and started reading the Bible and in a few months became a believer in Jesus Christ. I’ve always been introverted and I loved hanging out with my cousin because she was a wild child and we’d smoke weed and drink when we were teens. There were some creepy things that happened in her parent’s basement (where her room was) like a curtain just moved without any windows open or fans on. And she says something snatched her sheets off of her while she was sleeping. We were both drinking and she says weird stuff like that happened all of the time.
We’ve done shrooms and I had a bad trip and when I saw myself in the mirror I looked like an evil lion and I was scared and couldn’t wait for the trip to be over. We’ve done acid and Ecstasy and gone to raves. Thinking back I remember how uncomfortable I felt seeing young children there😢 And I was only like 15 but knew in my heart that was such a dark place. It saddens me now because I’m a mom and love my children so much I can’t imagine them being around so much evil😢
One low I remember is smoking weed with my other cousin and I thought we were just going to hang out but she wanted to meet two guys at like a shady/known crack hotel and they were all snorting lines of coke. Another time I gave my co-worker a ride home from working at Sonic and she offered me some coke. I told her no thank you. My dad instilled in me how bad drugs were especially cocaine because of how addictive it is. He worked as a bail bondsman and had his fair share of seeing how drugs affected people’s lives going in and out of jail.
Throughout all of these experiences I thank God for protecting me🙏 My parents were in the middle of a divorce and I was just a lost girl who just wanted to have fun and numb the pain of having a broken home.
Years later, I’m now a mother and I’ve been on and off convicted about drinking alcohol. I can’t just have one or 2 drinks, I always want more. So abstinence is best for me. However, I feel down sometimes that I feel so convicted not to drink because I wish I could just do it casually. Other people drink without a care but since I feel such guilt about it and know the road it can take me down I just don’t. I feel lonely because it’s harder making friends who don’t drink but I turn to the Lord and pray. Drinking is a strange one because I feel like the devil tries to make it look so appealing. I think that’s the spiritual warfare I deal with.

🙏 I feel you and relate to your story so much. I was barely a teenager going to raves where it seemed like fun but really a lot of baaaaaad stuff was going on all around. I’m thankful I made it through with my life and soul in tact. Not without lots of struggle though.

Started at 14/15, decided to stop at the age of 27. I was growing closer to God but everytime I smoked, I felt Him distant and I felt the enemy closer. It was a vile, nasty energy. I was getting conviction from the Holy Spirit and I didn't even realize it. I gave God my paraphernalia and He took away my desire. Literally plucked it from my heart. Threw all my stuff out and never looked back!
This man is telling the complete truth, I came out of that world in 2015. I have no regrets. The time is near people. I pray his testimony reaches millions 🙏🏽

I saw a clip on Facebook about a church on NYE which made me look up the original clip and watch on tik Tok. A pastor in Atlanta played ungodly music and justified it. I saw this and was like this is the devil in church. This same pastor said the church did Carlton Pearson wrong. When I saw your comment with that name, I was like wait didn't I just see that name somewhere. I realized my discernment about this pastor was spot on. I'm learning more about spiritual warfare and going through it myself everyday. There is definitely a heaven and hell. Definitely a spiritual realm that this man speaks of.

Just quit again ..again .. and it's amazing! Finally gave away my vapes! This is the last relapse. Wether I like it or not lol I threw out my bong and grinders and everything! I can't go back or it would cost a lot and I'm too lazy and stubborn so I can use that to not go back I hope. Life is spiritual. I didn’t know why I kept drinking alcohol… every morning I would wake up with regrets and feeling guilty for drinking. It was weird !
I would be just chilling in the house and without thinking, I’ll pick up my car keys and drive to liquor store. Or driving home from work and I’ll find myself in a liquor store.
I wasn’t craving for it.. most of the time I was forcing myself to take the first glass but once I got tipsy I would keep drinking. Thinking about it, kinda felt like a zombie.
I would pray and fast but I would go back to the cycle. Not long ago driving to work and I had this overwhelming urge to drink after work, and I thought about praying-the Lord’s Prayer- I tried three times I couldn’t remember the words 😮
That’s when I realized I haven’t prayed like I used to or even read the Bible. I had a brain fog.I was scared! I started shouting- blood of Jesus! repeatedly and the more I was doing it I felt my brain/mind getting clearer. I was crying and shouting the blood of Jesus! I reached to a point where I started praying and I couldn’t stop!The devil is a liar. I am covered by the blood of Jesus! I drove by these liquor stores nowadays without notice them.
I thank God! I’ll keep claiming for the blood of Jesus because, I can’t do this alone. The devil do not want us to pray or read the Bible. Stay woke and watch out for his plans and schemes.

I use to be a stoner and I know exactly what he’s talking about when he said you slip in and out of the spiritual realm, like while listening to music, watching videos, etc… these subliminal messages would pop out violently at me, it would make me think exactly what they meant truly. It was insane, what actually led me to Christ again tbh. It scared the crap out of me to be able to know what was really up in the world. They are so evil and the things I’ve found out from being high are unbelievable! People call it crazy talk, I call it truth talk. The world is not on your side or what it seems, all it takes is one blunt to know that. Clean btw😅

I had a similar experience years ago after I finished HS. I used to get high and one night I had a real demonic experience while my friend was out grabbing food. I was alone in the car and had the radio on. A radio station I often would listen to. Never in my life had I heard this song before, I remember this “song” said “come to me” and it sounded so demonic. I tried to listen to the lyrics well and suddenly I felt cold. I prayed to God to take my high and to get me home safely. The next day I googled the lyrics and nothing came up! I never spoke to that friend again. I thank the Lord for always watching over me and I gave my life to Him. Praise my savior Lord Jesus Christ for making me new ✨

Ppl used to send me videos. I didn't stop until I wanted to. And tbh I've been a heavy smoker for years and I've NEVER experienced anything this guy is saying, it actually sounds like bs (just being honest) so to a smoker, they'll probably suck their teeth and laugh at this guy. I could smoke and go to work, drive, parent, clean, literally anything and functionally too. And every smoker I knew around me was the same. This guy sounds like his stash was laced honestly.. Your best bet is just praying for God to help them. Cause only God could help me. I've been clean for a month now and that was only after I prayed with all my heart for God to take the want away.

This testimony got me. I literaly 100% related to it. What he felt.. i felt it too . Actually this year in may. We were listening to some mixtape on mixcloud at some local hangout while smoking weed. And allover asudden i started hearing some other voice while asong was playing(get back up ~chris brown ft TI) I looked at my friends i had in the room.. i could see dark spirits staring at me. OMG i lost my breath. I got to actually know we were actually worshiping the devil unknowingly.
After that i got out ran for my life… panicing going home.. i see a church .. i quickly rush inside.. i get a seat at the 2nd row infront.. the church had friday overnight prayers that day and they were already deep in prayer. I sit and stay quite then i make a short prayer and tell God., “God, you know the reason am here” while still in shock of what had happened.
While i was still seated.. the spirit of God touches me . I start crying helplessly.. my body starts shaking . What an experience that was! . After i feel my heart so free.. everything around me changed. I knew i had been forgiven and saved from hell by the grace of God
God truly lives and reigns forever and truly cares for his people.
I pray that many other people living in bondages may get their eyes opened and get saved.

That cleared up about the time I got put into states custody and found out there are far meaner kids then me. I think Paul had the same issue. I just watched your video and listening to your testimony.. I can honestly say I experienced the same thing you went thru when I smoked. However, God led me to go on a 3 day fast. And of course, when you fast you have to refrain from smoking. Let me tell you after the fast. I don’t even desire to smoke anymore. I now spend my time praying and reading his word. Best decision I could’ve ever made and I love it🙌🏾. To GOD BE THE GLORY!!! GOD is real❤

I remember when I made the decision to cut off secular music. I was in the car and all the talk about WAP was going on. I was running an errand without my kids and I was excited for “my time” where I could listen to what music I wanted. I had never heard the song, only heard about it, so I put it on. Less than 30 seconds in I had to turn it off. I could not believe what I was hearing and even worse that our kids and teens were listening to this all over the country. It made my heart so heavy and that was when my eyes were fully opened. This industry is SICK and does not care who it misleads or destroys. It will always be sex sex sex and the promotion of evil deeds. About a year later there was a leaked audio where Cardi B was saying she didn’t want to be in the industry putting out music like that anymore but she felt trapped. I pray for that young lady. Thank you God for opening my eyes 🙌

I am a child of Jesus and I know I like Cardi B. There are things I honestly cannot watch extensively that she does, I can't listen to most of her songs, WAP is honestly crazy but she is crazy, too. It's just that I don't get that demonic pull like when you put on Beyonce music, which the Spirit of God helped me stop listening to ages ago. I see Cardi as a hustler who is doing what she can to help her family. Somehow, despite all her craziness, I still hear her heart. I don't know how. I can't stand some of her cussing and all that, but I find myself praying that she is okay. The show where she danced WAP with Megan Thee Stallion, she may have been dancing but her heart wasn't in it. I don't think she liked what she had to do. Correct me if I am wrong, please. I pray our Lord Jesus Christ brings her heart to Him. And I pray for mercy for us all. Amen.

I think it's great that your heart for her makes you want to pray for her and hopefully for those like her that are caught up in the demonic. I used to be a fan of both Beyoncé and Cardi...they are of course different people and have their own hearts and Cardi's hearth may seem to be apologetic and genuine and no one is ever too far gone for GOD, she can surely be redeemed, both of them and others but I can tell you that the current truth is that the same demons you feel operating through Beyoncé music are the same that operate through Cardi's, they are all Satan's agents and are out for souls and Cardi's character as a person doesn't change that.
You can keep praying for her without listening to her music, i still hear about them or now and then see pictures of them and that can be a reminder to pray for them but following them and listening to their music is not profitable.

Let me say this. God is working and changing lives across this Nation and all around the world. He has touched me going on almost 12 years now and I have never been the same. The weed smoking went. The drinking. The partying and clubbing with friends. The cuss words and profanities. The lying-everything that I was just about left. I started smoking in 7th grade and I would quit and go back to it throughout my life. I’m now 33 2 months clean and I plan on keeping it that way since I fully chose JESUS
I recently stopped smoking a couple days ago and I was smoking for about 5 yrs I’m 22 now and I prayed to God to help me because only through him I was able to I always convinced my self that I could stop by myself and I couldn’t but God touched me and I felt his presence. Chills, crying, happiness. All of it. God is so good. So so good. Jesus saves!! He is worthy of all the praise.
Wow! I had a really similar experience. The uncontrollable dancing and doing things I felt like I didn't have control of. My art skills were also being enhanced. I was hearing messages and seeing visions. The Lord kept calling me back to him quietly even though I didn't want to listen. I would hear him say, "What makes you think you can see things clearly through all this smoke?" Eventually, I was presented with the the need to choose the right way or my own way and as soon as I chose the right way the Lord clutched me up out of all of that and saved me, and I could finally see the truth. I spent 3 days not being able to consume anything, not food nor water nor music, or entertainment, nothing. I couldn't even be around certain people. It was like I was disgusted to the point of illness by all the bad influences around me. On the 3rd day I finally gave my heart over to the Lord. I was sick for about a month but the Lord was constantly talking to me and changing my heart. It was painful yet healing. I praise the Lord every day for what he did for me. God is real and demons are real. It's never too late to turn to the Lord. He will set you free. Psalms 40:2

I went to a Kehlani concert and it was packed and all the sudden she threw her hands in the air and the whole crowd surge forward. It was not intentional. It was completely involuntary, and it was like something pulled me forward and everyone around me. It was insane. I don’t know what she did to us in that moment, but she literally had so much energy and power that she pulled 4000 people closer to her while she was on stage and dawned on me recently that one of her lyrics says “hi I’m Hell it’s nice to meet you. Do you know your fucking with a demon?”😢😮

I got caught smoking weed in a alley with my friends by the cops in April of '94 and haven't touched weed since! Almost 30yrs ago and haven't had any desire to smoke again. Thank God for rescuing me that day! I haven't been in any trouble with the law since or spent a day in jail. I'm blessed 🙏🏼
I’ve very recently repented and this video hit me like a ton of bricks, such a powerful story.
Such a powerful testimony. I am at the point of tears. I remember when I first got saved many, many years ago, when I was young (22). I'm 49 now and I have wasted at least the past 5-7 years of not taking my relationship with God seriously. I have been repenting for the last few days. God is so good! I thank Him for another chance to get it right with Him. He is so faithful. I remember being so on fire for God when I was younger. All I wanted was to do His will, which was to preached the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I was right at the cusp of becoming a pastor, but I walked away from His calling. My heart yearned for Him and to do His will. When I walked away from His calling, I have spent the last 17-18 years running from it. I would get excited and seek Him and His will, but then I would back away when He started promoting me in the Spirit. I wasted so much time. I dove into soft porn and that is why I could not go forward. I didn't want to give it up. That led to diving back into alcohol, the very thing that God delivered me from. I just didn't want to let go. A few years ago, my wife and I attended a marriage conference that we attend yearly ( Hesrts Ablaze) and a pastor and his wife (Pastor Johnny and Jacklien Collier were preaching that last seminar. All I remember was the alter call. Pastor Johnny gave the alter call for any couples who desired prayer. At first I didn't want to go up to the alter out of embarrassment, because deep down inside, I was in sin with alcohol and soft porn. Now mind you, I am an elder and minister at my church. The devil set a trap for me many years ago, when I opened myself up to soft porn. I was in bondage and did not want to admit it or be exposed. At that moment, I was tired of going through the ups and downs of my life. I almost lost my marriage to my very beautiful and faithful wife Latisha, who I do not deserve, and at the time, I did not care. The devil had me trapped in bondage and ineffective as a Christian. So at that moment, I was tired and I wanted to be free. I knew what I had been doing with my life, in secret. I took my wife's hand and we went up to that alter. Pastor Johnny looked at me while he was talking and he said something that has changed my life forever. He said that many Christians do not think they could be demon possessed. My brethren listen. Christians can become demon possessed if they open the doorway to unrepentant sin. He told me to lift my hands to worship unto the Lord. He laid his hand on my forehead, and that demon(s) rose up and threw me backwards to the ground as if I fell under the power of the Holy Spirit. Except this was not the Holy Spirit, this was the power of the demonic that was inside of me. The sad and crazy thing about it was I did not know I was demon possessed. I was that much in delusion because of my sins. I had this/these demons living inside of me for at least a year or so. I was still involved in ministry, still preaching and teaching the gospel, but yet, demonicly influenced. The devil will allow you to live in delusion if you compromise in sin. God will allow you to be given over to a reprobate mind if you refuse to repent. Read Romans chapter 1. So here I am, living a lie and still operating in the things of God. I would repent here and there, but kept going back into bondage. I willingly gave myself over to the influence of the demonic because I did not want to give up my comfortable sin. I allowed this/these demon(s) to dwell inside me and it brought chaos to my family. Think about it, I allowed demons in my house, around my wife (who has lupus) and my twin boys (they were teenagers at the time, now they are young men). I didn't realize what was going on. Everybody could tell there was something wrong with, but I was in denial. Listen my brethren, do not be in denial. If you are involved with sin, regardless of what it is, quickly repent. You do not want to go through what I went through. So as I am on the floor, I was shaking uncontrollably. I was not in control. The/these demon(s) had control of me. It was so scary and I never want to go through that again. This demon(s) did not want to let me go. I remember just shaking uncontrollably and growling and such while I was on the floor. However, nothing can stop the Power of our God, through Jesus Christ! The Pastor was praying and I begin to in my mind telling this/these demon(s) to let me go. I was tired of this cycle. The Pastor told me to calm down and begin to praise God. So I began to praise God through the Holy Spirit (Speaking in tounges) and that demon(s) had to let me go. Thank God for the blood of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit that broke the chains of bondage off of me. I am free in Jesus Name! Now mind you, even though I was free, I had to make decisions to stay free. There have been a few times when I went back and forth (I'll save that testimony for another time), but I refuse to ever allow the enemy to dwell in this temple that is reserved only for Jesus and the Holy Spirit. I was embarrassed, but free! My wife was embarrassed, but through prayer and the help of the Holy Spirit, she began to rejoice with me. God is so faithful! I apologize for this long comment, but I hope that you all will read its entirety. My hope that someone, even if its just one person, will be encouraged and set free from whatever bondage you may be in. God is faithful and He alone has the power to set you free. You all pray for me and my wife as we began our journey to ministry in Jesus Name! The time is now. It's our time! We have to rise up and do the will of our God. Your testimony helped me realize that i'm beginning to feel somewhat comfortable with soft porn, and i need to cut it off. I'm 23 this year, and i believe that i've got saved in december last year. I grew up in the catholic family, but after i got saved, God slowly showed me that being catholic, especially unrepentant, is wrong in His eyes. Right now, i'm in a place where i'm literally exhausted because of the fight i have to experience almost every day. Although, every time a temptation comes, i just feel or hear a presence or a calling in my mind telling me to keep fighting. Your testimony and this video shined a lot of understanding on my mind, for that i'd like to thank you. Praises be to the Most High. God bless you, man!

Addiction is demonic?
@@Blazin33ninja Yes. When you become addicted, you become a slave to that addiction. Certain addictions, such as pornography and alcohol have a demonic spirit behind it. So yes, addictions can become demonic.
