"PALM STRIIIIIKE!" "Nose into brain, China Warrior dies." "Stay outta Cambodia, China Warrior." I miss that show. One of my favorite Lets Plays ever and it's gone for good.
It is always fun to see rétro games that do not follow the accepted rules of their genre. Here, the characters are too big. Is it voluntary? Were the rules still written? Anyway, nice TAS. It's always good to see people care for lesser known games.
Basically, they wanted Kung Fu Master/Spartan X but with large sprites to show off the power of next gen hardwares. (Problem with that is that it takes up too much memory, forcing palette swaps, reused data, etc)
Killing 3 birds with one st.. I mean, one kick, has never been as real. Also, “how do we introduce new enemies in the game?” - “Let’s just change the color schemes - the kids will fall for it anyway.” This whole game is like repeating the same level over and over again. Lol Oh, nevermind. They introduced a new yoga master in level 4, it seems. And a clone of himself in stage 5 and 8. And kills Jackie Chan at 7:44 and his ghost or long-lost brother at 9:22. Holy macaroni, Eazygames69 has TAS’d some good games but this one’s a piece of turd or king of turds honestly.
