I’m 72 and while I have been a fairly active person, I have tried exercising a number of times over the year but always quit after 2 or 3 sessions. I was diagnosed with Sjogren’s Syndrome 3 years ago and had to deal with the fatigue that comes with that. In preparation for a trip to Europe, I figured I needed to get prepared for a lot of walking. I found this RUclips channel with tons of options. I started almost 3 weeks ago and have been able to keep my commitment to exercise M-F. I love the Tabata workouts and feel terrific afterwards. I’m finding that exercising using these workouts is helping to decrease my fatigue. When I return from Europe I’m planning on continuing my routine because it makes me feel so good. Thank you so much for making exercise accessible and enjoyable. You’re a terrific instructor!!!

Love the levels offered. They bring out my self competitive side. I select the hardest level, knowing I can go easier if I get tired. That reassurance keeps me at the highest level. Great workout!

Super way to kick off a new week! Your Tabata workouts are fun and the time flies by. Those "enhanced" squats certainly get the HR and respiration up and the sweat glistening but the short intervals of them are very doable. Thanks for creating this workout.

We did this one for our morning workout; we’re finally getting smarter and doing our workouts earlier when we have mid-morning or early afternoon appointments, so we don’t have to miss it. This is a good one!

Rex was sick all night Tuesday night (we think from bad salmon at a restaurant), so we were both “out of it” today, and had another appointment we couldn’t cancel an hour away…..so we didn’t get exercise in today……we’ll keep trying…..sometimes it can be such a struggle.
Hi Jules, I didn't get home until late today but I really needed to release some stress. I speeded this up some and jogged halfway through the one minute breaks so that I could let the day go. It worked! I got nice and sweaty and am feeling good!! Thank you!

Tabata is great for allowing us to go at the pace that works for each of us and gives the break to get the heart rate down, too. I’m glad you enjoyed the workout:)
We did this one again today. One improvement is that we were able to do some of the moves at level 3 this time; we didn’t do any at level 3 last time. Baby steps!

Oh, there's no reason to do the high kicks! It's still a great exercise doing low kicks:) I purposely provide 2-3 options so people can choose which move is best for them. You're working out and that is the important thing.💖
Day 106! ✅️😊 Wow! That was great! All very doable in short bursts and to the perfect music! My squats will never be as quick and my kicks never as high but really enjoyed it. Oh, wow, this was a heart-pumping workout that got me all sweaty. Oh, boy. Next time I should set my fitness tracker. But I got about 1,850 steps. Definitely a good one if you want a bit of a challenge.

8, 05 2023 Hi Jules, I chose this one today. After many hours of persuading myself to start and do it I did! It shows how the weather is getting warmer it is 20C inside and outside so I got sweaty. I enjoyed it, except I have no clue what is Tabata but I did not like the music so I put on Elvis, who has been one of my great favourites all my life, no, I am not one of those who saw Butler as Elvis in the new film and suddenly fell in love with Elvis. I am one who has been a fan since the age of 16! That is 36 years now. Thank you. The hotelier postponed our first day, again..I wonder if anything will come of this miserable little part time job! See you later. If I am not doing one of yours be sure I am doing a workout someone's somewhere.
Awwww ladies great leg workout. I did this before lower body strength so really killed the legs, but in a good way. This is another genius one Jules. Really well put together. ❤❤❤❤

Tabata is actually a form of Hiit...just a different format. With Tabata it's 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off with a 1 minute break after 4 minutes. Tabata just changes it up, but both Tabata and other forms of hiit are great for improving fitness.
You’re here so that’s a good thing! I find it’s easiest when the stuff isn’t in the house. Dark chocolate works well for me since I only want one square (okay, maybe two). Better than cookies, etc.

You’re here so that’s a good thing! I find it’s easiest when the stuff isn’t in the house. Dark chocolate works well for me since I only want one square (okay, maybe two). Better than cookies, etc.
