There's a theory that an Addams can't be killed by another Addams, just by outsiders.
Oh that’s great, thanks for sharing!!
Almost everyone wonders if this is a Christmas movie at the beginning lol
haha that definitely caught us off guard
@@twofriendsreact also have you guys seen who framed Roger Rabbit. Christopher Lloyd is in it. I thought of it when it was mentioned how intimidating he could be
I saw that as a kid and totally forgot Christopher Lloyd played the villain! Good call!
@@jacobmichard1229 I love Who Framed Roger Rabbit. It's one of those movies from my childhood that really holds up as an adult. -Edward
The Addams Family was a cartoon appearing in New Yorker magazine from 1937 to 1968 - created by Charles Addams* - that opening scene is straight from one of the cartoons. No word ballons - no explanation of what's going on - just one panel of members of the family doing something weird. None of the family members were named until the TV series - Charles Adams chose the names.
*hence the Addams family who hold the copyright and caused Adult Wednesday to cease and desist.
Tully is Dan Hedaya - among many other things played Richard Nixon in Dick* and Nick Tortelli - one of Carla's ex-husbands on the series Cheers and was also in a spin off called The Tortellis
The Christopher Lloyd connection - he and Danny Devito were regulars on the series Taxi - Danny's wife, Rhea Perlman, frequently guest starred as Danny's love interest Zena. Rhea was eventually cast as Carla on Cheers.
*Put that one on your list - hilariously explains Watergate, mysteriously erased sections of tapes, etc.
Dan Hedaya is Tully, yes he's one of the great supporting actors. Catch him as a recurring character in "Cheers".
Adult Wednesday Addams is amazing. Such a missed opportunity to have shut it down. I rewatch those videos all the time.
My Dad told me that the word used to mean Happy.
This is a fun movie. Glad to see you're both getting to see it! It's a good one🖤
