And one more thing to say here, buying more books plummets the reading quality. If you have the self-control to resist the temptation of flipping through the new books everytime you sit down to finish a specific book then it's not a problem for you.
Having a reading list for every month helps us to finish more books.

Exactly. Buying only below ten books in a month has more probability of reading atleast 7-8 is high. May be she has obsession of buying books rather reading them.

Yes that’s true. Delhi wale are lucky. Par aap apne aas paas koi flea market kinda dekho. Jahan pe aapko books second hand mil jayein. Otherwise keep looking for book fairs jaise bookchor lagate hain. Vahan pe kaafi sasti mil jayengi aapko.
