We went to a candlelight string quartet in Brooklyn on the last night of our first trip to NYC in April. It was in a 100 year old cathedral and they played the Beatles. It was also a very emotional night for the musicians as it was their first post-covid performance. An absolutely magical experience, 10000/10 highly recommend
My goal is always to get someone something they would like but would never buy for themselves. My boyfriend loves this chapstick that is only sold online so I bought a 10 pack since it will hopefully last the whole year. I am so excited to see his reaction since I know he won't spend the money on it himself.
I have two of those crock pots, and use them daily at school. It's SUCH a great gift for anyone who has to bring their lunch. Plug it in, and when it's time for lunch, your food is steaming hot.
I used to have a smaller size crock pot of these, and one problem I had was finding recipes that would work for the smaller size, except for what was in the book that came with it. I guess I can see using this one to heat up food. Also, I've never understood what's so cool about crock pots. I couldn't start a recipe on a work morning because the timing didn't work; I wouldn't be home in time to take the food out. So it became a weekend only thing, and then a "why bother? I'm going to donate it" thing.

My tried and true recommends after YEARS of using them. I use them and I gift them and I tell everyone to get them. lol Scott-e-vest is great for travelers. Tons of pockets, RFID pocket, one has zip off sleeves. The cargo pants are great. They have skirts and a dress too w/ 8 hidden pockets. I always wear one of the vests when I travel or sightsee for security and no purse needed. Mine are 8, 12, and 21 years old and still look new. Pricier now, but a good investment. S'well bottles is all I drink out of and I have all the sizes and the can cooler and the bottles have lasted over 10 years. Recently, I bought a box of wine while on vacay and didn't drink as much as I'd thought. I'd brought a lot of Swell bottles because I travelled all day so they all started full and when I came back I filled them all with the wine and put them in my checked suitcase. Plane had an overheat situation , turbulance, and turned back then we replaned and even with baggage handlers, not one drop leaked out of any of the bottles. I didn't unpack that night as it was after midnight and the next evening when I did, the wine was also still very cold. lol Can't beat that. If you know someone who drinks from cans a lot the can cooler is stellar and keeps it cold a very long time. Lola V Makeup Vanity Case. I love this thing. I hate hotel mirrors or trying to sit on the floor by a window. I need to sit down and have a lighted mirror so I got this case and it was a great investment, $200, but they're 119 or so now as I don't think the company is around anymore but resale is out there. All my makeup fits in it and it locks. When I get there, I plug it in and I'm ready to go with a proper vanity. For a couple years now, my big vanity mirror is in storage so I just use the Lola V and the next item on this list. Love it. Sometimes I'll just take this when I travel if I have to pack much lighter. Travels well. PRO/LUXE Premium empty xl large double sided magnetic makeup palette from Etsy. These are awesome for single shadows as they're double sided and can hold a ton but compact enough for travel. I have hundreds of single shadows and these are beautiful and look great on my vanity like pretty books. I depotted my fav blush, bronzer, countour and highlighter too to put them in one and still have room for all the shadows I need so I only need to take one with me for all I need. I've had them at least 8 years I think. About $33 for the Xl one. Tree Bookshelf, Bamboo Wood Bookcase Rack 4-Tier Book Rack is awesome for storing my eyeshadow palettes on my vanity while looking great and holding a ton that's easy to grab a palette from. Good space saver. Good for books too, but I don't use it for that. $37 My Audio Pet Bluetooth Speaker. Love these things. So freaking cute, small, packable, but loud and clear. I have a Panda. My brother has the monkey. About 30 bucks. For kitchen: Gorilla Grip Heat and Slip Resistant Silicone Mini Potholders Mitts. Quick to slip on, easy to use and clean, never dropped a pan with them like I did with cloth ones, toss in the dishwasher if needed. About ten bucks on Amazon Le Crueset Mini Cocotte, $32 is an 8oz mini dutch oven, so cute and useful as a remekin also. I use them a really odd amount for someone who doesn't cook much. I've used them for so many purposes, even non-food purposes and have had them for years. Firestick: We cut the cord and my brother put this Kodi app on it and now I can watch TV, prime time, real time and I love it. Even has a tv guide. Also does Netflix and all that too. Real Uggs and then ABUSA Sheepskin Insoles Women's Premium Thick Wool Fur Fleece Inserts which have arch support without sacrificing the warm sheepskin under your feet. I've gotten my Uggs soaking wet, trudge through slush and salt and they still new after 7 years. Day 1 before wearing put Scotchgard Suede and Nubuck protector on them. A couple coats. Only had to do it the once and they still don't stain even when soaking wet...feet stay dry and warm but not sweaty. Good stuff. I hate socks and shoes, I'm a flip-flop girl, so in winter, I pop on my stylish Uggs (not the basic ones) and I'm good. I even got $8 crampons for them when it's icy. I have the moccasins too which are a great gift for slippers that you can go to the store in and still look good. They'll last forever. Lastly, Beats Flex, $40. My laptop sound isn't enough when heaters and ambient noise is added in so I use these daily, for a couple years now. I love them because they are wired to each other so I can hang around my neck when I, say, pause a vid and go for a snack or need to answer the phone (note if you connect them to your phone, you just answer the call). I also use them for calls if I'm settling in for a convo. Going strong, clear sound, bluetooth, noise cancelling and charge last far longer than the new ones that are ear buds not connected to each other. Lasts double the time and very hard to lose!

They do Fever gigs all the time 😍 I’ve been asked quite a bit to do them but I’ve never been able to take one on as they’ve always clashed with other gigs of mine! Very cool concept to get more people interested in the pop-classical crossover genre!

Barefoot Dreams I HIGHLY recommend pretty much anything they have. I have most of it. You can't get cold in this stuff. It's amazing. Never dry it with a dryer sheet and it'll stay nice. The one thing that I use the most is my Travel Shawl. I have two. One for the sofa that I use as a blanket and put my feet in the pocket and one on the bed that I use as a shawl, blanket, and in winter, I drape it over me, as a side sleeper, and put my hand from the outstretched arm in the pocket to keep my fingers warm. I travel with it, I have the circle shawl in the car cuz ya never know and it's just the most versatile thing ever. I've even folded it all into a pocket to use as a pillow. Their blankets are epic. In winter, I keep a window cracked so it's 50-65 degrees in my room and I sleep so good under a Cozy Chic blanket in shorts and a t-shirt. If you can find the thick cardigan, that's all I wear for a coat all winter even at 10 degrees. They dry in seconds if it's snowing or raining, just wipe it off with your hand. I love the lounger: it's awesome because I wear shorts and t-shirt in the house but if I have to run out to take my brother to work, I pop the lounger on and some uggs and I'm good in any weather. I've had most of my stuff at least 8 to 20 years and it's still good as new. It lasts even with daily use. Stays soft if you don't use fabric softener and except for the blankets, I hang dry the rest, it dries fast. I'm not careful with my stuff. Highly recommend. Worth every penny. I just don't tend to buy luxury things at all. But every since my Mom got me my robe for Christmas one year and I put it over shorts to go outside while camping and it had snowed, was 20 degrees that morning and I was not cold, I was hooked on the stuff. Collected it one by one for years. Have it all now, of the stuff I'd use, so no real need to buy more, and I expect it'll last the rest of my life. So I recommend it to everyone.
Best advice I’ve got is ask people for a don’t want list. I have a birthday and Christmas close together and one year I ended up with so many socks that I literally had a ban on socks for a couple of years.

I got a towel warmer as a wedding gift 5 years ago and it is easily one of my favorite things. I use it for my toddlers now so they aren’t so cold after a bath!

I feel like that and some gift cards for a nice restaurant local to the concert would be an amazing gift. I literally bought my husband a new toiletry bag for his stocking this year! He prefers a clear one because he travels for work a ton and if he can just pop out his toiletry bag if it gets flagged at security, he doesn't usually have to take everything out of the bag. I got my cousin a personalized return address stamp and some thank you cards that matched the vibe of his wedding invites so they could send thank you cards after the wedding and not have to write their address out a million times. 🤗 I also bought one for myself because I do handmade Christmas cards every year. I love the stamp idea. I got my cousin a personalized return address stamp and some thank you cards that matched the vibe of his wedding invites so they could send thank you cards after the wedding and not have to write their address out a million times. 🤗 I also bought one for myself because I do handmade Christmas cards every year. Much easier.
