Hm, it's a nice little device, but I think a bowl head for a tripod might be faster, and easier. Though, this might be more precise? Not sure, I'd have to play with one.
@@The_Astro_PuNk I've never had issues leveling mine in a hurry, however, I still have to do [admittedly minor] horizon leveling in post. It might be a case of speed vs accuracy.
I think that's a great comment. Speed is good, but accuracy may be what's needed. I guess when it comes to using a Seestar it's all about having fun in astronomy, So speed could be the more important factor.
Had a laugh with the finder scope being used as a microphone! Excellent!
Question is... Do i keep this as the mic or go with something else that's astronomy related.. Like binoculars or an eyepiece?

Wait no.. A bowl head while quicker might not be easier to level... I guess the only thing to do is try it. I might buy one to test with as well.
