Basically, your job as a data role is to implement the technical means used to figure out which schemes, gimmicks, software features, etc increase sales/revenue by some small percentage.

Great video, very interesting, but what about the new role that has come with the modern data stack, the analytics engineer?

Thank you!! We missed covering the analytics engineer role. We'll add this to our 'to-do' list.

@@vick7oria I'm not talking about you or your comment.
I'm just saying there's no point fitting a video in a 5 mn timeframe while no one can watch it in 5 mn, just for the shake of self-flaterry.
People wast too much time because they have to pause or rewind the video every 5 to 10 secondes. At the end, we spend 10 to 15 mn to watch the entire video.
He thinks he makes people save time. In reality, he makes us wast our precious time.
The content is great, thought. A normal flow would have been great too.
I will never dare to hurt such a cute lady! 😉❤️

@@lbognini I'm sorry but I cannot agree with you. I didn't had to stop and rewind the video to understand what they're talking about. The information is well gathered and simplified for the purposes of this video. And I can see how much effort they've put to create such type of content. Also, the level of professionalism is just wow. This is quality 👌🏻
Maybe it's not your type of content and that's okay, everybody has a different learning and comprehending speed.
Thanks for your points, once you've cleared them, it's easier to communicate, but please try not to put such labels as "stupid". ❤️

    • @lbognini
      @lbognini 2 года назад +1

@@vick7oria Ok. You're right. Stupid was not appropriate.
FYI, I am a software engineer with also a degree in statistics, moving into the fields of AI and data science since a good while. There was nothing really new for me and I'm used to this type of content and none of the most followed and liked channels try to race against time. They take time to clearly explain things.
It's true I'm not a native english speaker. This may have biased my opinion but I never had this feeling with other videos. 😉
And I was mainly talking on behalf of new learners.
Well, I'm sorry I was a bit rude.
Pleased to have talked to you. ❤️

I liked the video because I tend to encourage any effort towards sharing knowledge.
Yet, I think it's a bit stupid to try to run against the clock and not even given any time to your graphics to appear on the screen.
We don't care if you present it in 5 or 10 mns. We just want the content to be right to the point and concise but presented in a normal flow.
And please, don't dare to talk about slowing down the video.
