This has taught me SO much about how to more effectively communicate with guests on my podcast! Especially reframing "how" you ask questions, and not to make them so absolute and definitive, but to give the guest more space to answer without pressure.

His comment, "show me that you know me", that really struck a chord with me. I've never been able to put into words to others how I'm able to sit in a room or get on a call with a customer before that I've never spoken to and by the end of it be seen as someone who understands them. But that phrase is the best description I've ever heard! Thank you!
This video is one of the most important videos I have watched, now watching it over for the second time, plan to listen again but with a note pad, then organize to create a structured plan.
