- This crazy tag comes from my “Higher” album (now on Spotify, Apple Music and other streaming services 😉)!! Is it lacking musicality? Probably. Is it ridiculous? Yup. Lol. But I figured, why not try to see how long I could hold a note. 🤣 So here is “Oh, Lonesome Me” - arranged by David Wright! Sounds like another tag challenge might be on the way. I usually go back and try to sing with the lead of any new tags I hear, just for practice, but I can't hold a G for an entire fiscal year so maybe I'll pick something else for this one

Perhaps the post itself was 54, but I’m pretty sure he gets credit for 59. I was just thinking about the worlds record being something over a minute, but that’s simply holding the note, Sir Tim steps on the gas, and then he activated the supercharger, and then the turbo kicks in. You got half way through the post and I thought, Thats Tim, and then you Energizer Bunny’d your way for another 10 seconds, and my grin went to a smile, and you kept going, and going -now I’m just lmao- and going, and……. Sigh, but who’s really surprised, it is Tim after all. 😂 Spectacular! Thank you!
One of these days I’ll log into a 2 minute RUclips clip from Tim assuming it’s a whole song, but no, it’ll be the tag alone with one long lead post. Does Tim have a secret respirator we can’t see? What amazing lungs! Great stuff.

You really do need to go on America’s got talent. Take 4 versions of whichever song you choose, so you can sing whichever part you need to, to prove it’s actually You singing all four parts.

HOLY COW!!!! While I clocked the posted note - itself - at approximately 54 seconds (TS 0:19 to 1:13), there wasn't even a catch breath since TS 0:16, so it was truly 57 seconds without a breath. Unbelievably great, Tim!!

That quarter-rest in measure 156 is doing a LOT of heavy lifting (0:16), because if that's when Tim breathes in to get that crazy post... he's got to expell SOME of that "Hanger" air for the voiceless, glottal, fricative consonant at the beginning of "Hey" (that's a fancy way of saying the letter H, lmao). I'm just saying ... it's even MORE impressive than y'all might be thinking, hahaha

this is probably the best song i’ve ever heard time sing. that was absolutely insane on so many levels. that high G natural being help for around a minute was so surreal. i’m a low bass by nature so i can really only dream for having this type of all around talent, but that was inspiring. the harmonies all across the song were splendid as well, just. a perfect execution

This is incredible! In the desc. you said you just wanted to see how long you could hold a note which made me curious. Did you record the part with the long note first and then arrange the rest of it around that, or am i overthinking it? I cant even hold my breath that long let alone hold a powerful note like that

I nearly passed out, but found the will to persevere. I'm hoping that the lack of O2 didn't have any adverse effects... don't know what I'd do without your tags. @@bonespielyou actually can't circular breath while singing because it uses the same air pathways, so Tim is probably the wrong person to ask.
