We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️ - Развлечения
Just wanna share a quick story with you guys. Its going to sound weird and a little pathetic but i feel compelled to tell you. So last year was really rough on me. I went through a divorce, had medical complications with my heart, and my Dad passed away from cancer. My Aunt and Uncle also passed away. Needless to say, I had a lot of stuff to work through and was running out of hope and positive thinking. With that being said, one thing that was guaranteed was that for 5-15 minutes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I was going to laugh and be entertained by a STCG episode. Your guys positive and comedic energy gave my brain a break from stress and depression. I know this sounds pathetic but when the world gets too heavy, it's the little things you have to focus on and that make the biggest positive impact. Thank you so much for your content. Only good things can come from what you do. Keep up the good work.
I hope things are going much better for you! That was a whole lot to deal with. Sam and the boys do a great job of taking your mind away to a better place!
These Guys do have that effect on many, hopefully your having daze😉💓
I totally relate to what you shared.
Not pathetic at all. Hope you are doing better.
i legit dont believe this to be true. i will offer OP of this comment $1k if he can prove it. this sounds so click baity its crazy; cray cause it IS, but also crazy cause who tf makes this stuff up
I've never seen anyone mix food with cloth gloves
I can’t believe how far down I had to scroll to find someone saying what I was thinking
I never put 2 + 2 together to realize that orange milk isn't what a cow puts out! I don't even want to look at my cheese label !
cloth on one side rubber on the fingers
HEY SAM
MAKE YOUR FAVOURITE TUNA STEAK RECIPES !!!
Look closer. They have a rubber or neoprene coating on the palms and fingers.
Am I the only one that now wants to hear about Sam's crack stories?
💯 he's has stories.
as someone who has been there, the crawling around on the floor looking for bits story... i can guarantee that is not a made up story.
I came here for the burger and stayed for the possible crack stories
I need these stories
I for one and maybe others do not need these stories
I immediately jumped down to the comments when Sam said he wasn't going to give Michael a knife. I'm glad that Max brought him to his senses so quick
The love tap is everything. It's letting the burger know you care. Lol.
The burger love tap is equivalent to clapping the tongs when you pick them up.
I thought I was the only one that clapped the tongs…sometimes I give them someone else to verify…
I prefer to give a little clap to the one wearing the tongs, just sayin’
A lot of things are changing in my life but the one constants is your channel! You have taught me so much in the couple of years I've watched. Between your channel and the Sons channel I can find breakfast, lunch AND dinner! It's glorious! Thanks Sam! Now with moving I'll be able to explore cooking even further!
Thanks for coming back at the end and telling us it was more than you thought. I will now make this recipe!!!
Been making these for years love them
Love it! Here is a challenge... could you make your version of a crack burger that one would be hard pressed to not stop eating?
I am gonna do this over the next few days! Looks amazing STCG!
We’ve been watching you for years! Always love your vids and style! Thanks for the amazing content!!
You don’t have to give me a knife. Just introduce the world to the Donair:
(Canadian east-coast specialty)
Donair Meat:
2 pounds medium ground beef
3 cloves minced garlic
½ cup all-purpose flour
4 tsp sweet paprika
3 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp salt
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp pepper
¾ tsp cayenne pepper
Sweet garlic sauce:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup white vinegar
Additional ingredients:
Pita bread (warmed)
Finely diced white onion
Diced tomato
For the meat, mix all spices together and, using your hands, blend with the ground beef and minced garlic. Form into a loaf pan (like you would meatloaf) and cook at 300 degrees for about 2 hours. Cool. Slice thin and heat on the flat-top when ready to eat.
To make the sweet garlic sauce, mix all ingredients until thickened. Easiest way is to add everything into a jar, close the lid, and shake until it forms a thick sauce.
Wrap the hot, sliced beef in the warm pita. Top with the finely diced white onion, diced tomato and the sweet garlic sauce.
Western Canadian here, seconding this idea. Sam's Canadian, shouldn't be a stretch for him. My donairs have to include cheese though! (and hold the tomatoes...)
Ground beef seriously? He's already done shawarma donair beef the proper way
@@devinzelman5838yeah, it’s the regional Canadian version. Just like how there’s Italian food and Italian American food. Same root, different branches.
I’m probably in the minority, but I just don’t enjoy eastern-Canadian style Donair. The sweet sauce is weird and the texture is odd.
You had me until the sweetened condensed milk. No wonder the rebels established the 49th parallel, frankly as a fellow citizen of the commonwealth I’m also disgusted.

Been playing catch up on some videos I missed because I wasn't able to watch a little bit. Loving them!!! Thanks guys!!!

That looks really good!!!
Sam can you please make a Paella for the first time
HEY SAM
MAKE YOUR FAVOURITE TUNA STEAK RECIPES !!!
HEY SAM do an egg sandwich
Paprikash. Chicken or veal
Those burgers looked so good. All of the rexipes i have madr after i wstch your videos, turn out beautifully. I so love experiencing watching you, max, and chance. Thank you for helping me to enjoy cooking again.
Your videos are so good because you are a great communicator. The food looks delicious too.
Bun to burger ratio is important. I prefer thin patties over that thick one which is closer to a meatloaf than a burger patty. Two 3.5 oz. precooked 80/20 works best for me.
lol I thought they looked like little meatloaves too!
@brentsmith7013 Trying to smash these with the fillings isn't the greatest.
@@Playhouse76 I was thinking the same thing. He could have gone slightly thinner, but definitely not smashed.
Love a good steakhouse style burger. And a meatloaf style burger where you throw some oats and egg in the patty is surprisingly good. But thin patties and smash burgers are great too.
Feenin for burgers.
I love the ingredients in this burger. Will be making it Very Soon. Thank You for sharing.
I like that you're not afraid to re-review your opinion on the viewer suggested recipes you cook. As you said, its all in the taste.
Next up: Fentanyl Pasta!
I'm waiting for the real deal! A true Hash Brown! Yeah mon!
You don’t even know what that is
I’ve had both versions sam. Crack I mean. 😂😂 love y’all.
Excited for summer grilling. 🙌
Excited for the summer time to try this out ☀️☀️
I love a good burger with tater tots
Sam, just say it's going to improve the saturation level. Saturated is the new moist!
new to the channel just found the love for cooking again love the videos great learning and funny events
You have helped me create many meals for during the week! Thanks for the inspiration! I also have the Nakiri knife, the best knife I own!
Sam, please make a Halifax donair.
made this a couple weeks ago. found it on the Blackstone Facebook page... Freakin delicious!!!!
I can't have any kind of grains/glutens that the powder probably has, I might make my own ranch dressing and try this recipe - looks so good. I might even make it into a huge meatloaf then sprinkle bacon chips on top
I absolutely hate ranch anything does it come thru?
@@billgaudet8783 No, just tastes like a well seasoned tender burger dude... recommend ground wagu..so much better and doesn't cost much more than 80/20 ground beef
HEY SAM
MAKE YOUR FAVOURITE TUNA STEAK RECIPES !!!
Definitely trying these this coming weekend. Looks delicious

So Sam, how is moist any worse than juicy. Just run with it old boy. Cheers from Vancouver 🍻🇨🇦👍
HEY SAM
MAKE YOUR FAVOURITE TUNA STEAK RECIPES !!!
Moist is a lovely word. As a 'somewhat older' woman, we love the word moist. Use it with abandon. And thanks for a great moist burger!
I just did your viewer baked brand for our year end curling party and they were a big hit. Thanks for posting the recipe 👍
The people need a video of Sam and the boys favorite childhood meals!🤙
Whats wrong with moist? Moist is a wonderful word! If you want to say moist, say moist! No one can stop you!
This comment is significantly more moist than I imagined.
It’s just a phase that some people made up I can think of a lot of other words we should not be saying them, but I hear them about every 30 seconds on the Internet…
The goat is here loves the videos
Goat.....my arse
Interesting mix of ingredients. Will try
Your so awesome brotha I love seing your videos they get me in a great mood every time I see your delicious recipes
My husband and I have been watching your videos for several years now and thoroughly enjoy your cooking and humour. Hubby loves sharpening his knives (he spends hours doing just one!) and I reckon he'd absolutely love one of your knives ❤😊
Love your channel!! Got your cookbook and love it too!!
Am gonna try this for my next get together. Will make sliders. I'm sure they will be great. Thanks Sam and crew!
all those elements are compact into the patty so i like the clean factor for sure
I go the the grocery store today and fortunately notice a whole end shelf filled with Kewpie mayo. Grabbed it immediately and tried it right when I got home and all I can say is amazing. Sam is spot on. Great tasting incredible mayo!! Thanks Sam!!
Definitely gonna try this
Love your show!
I need to try these burgers with friends next gathering
So AWESOME!! Can't wait to try!!
These look amazing, will give this a try later in the week
Will be cooking these this weekend!
Sam, I love how you take recipes I've been making for years, and enhance them to make them even better. You also make it easy. Pay attention and follow the instructions and Boom, my friends are amazed.
Thank you Sam and crew for always making great food and making us smile!😂
Can’t wait to try the recipe out!!
Definitely will try this!
I've seen these all over YT as of late, and I guess I need to make them now.
Love your videos…. Most of our suppers consist of watching you make something, and try it. We just did the pizza garlic bread… was so good. Keep up the awesome work.
I love your videos, gonna try the lamb chops this weekend. Thanks for the groovy videos
Definitely trying this!
Awesome video!!! Thanks sir from Canada:)
You are the best!!! Keep up the good work. We all appreciate it.
I made thia last night.. except I didn''t have ranch dressing seasoning so I used itallian dressing seasoning instead.. and I have to admit.. it was REALLY good!!! One of the better burgers I've made in awhile! I'm definitely making these as little slider burgers as an appetizer for my upcoming May long BBQ!
I was craving a burger all day and then you post this. That's it, I'm making this tonight!
I’d love to see you do an incredible take on a Shakshuka, it’s such an incredible and versatile dish that hits especially well in the colder months to help warm you up nicely
Yes- 100% agree
This is such a great idea definitely need to try this but wont be making the patties so thick
For my family I take two punds ground beef, 1 or 2 hot italian sausage chopped up while frozen. Run the sausage under water for a minute and cut the skin and remove it before chopping. Cook before adding. Chop up 1/2 pound bacon, cook and add to meat. Chop 1/2 onion and add to beef. Maybe a little crushed red pepper if you are feeling adventurous. No seed for salt or other seasonings. Mix and cook.
That sounds pretty fantastic. My sons will be all over these!
I followed your reverse sear method for steak and it was best I ever had! Steak knives would have been handy then smh. Thank you for the educational/entertaining videos!
Your burgers are what got me into cooking! ❤️
We do something very similar but...
bacon trimmings (come in a bag and all funky shapes, sold at Ruler)
Chicken chunks
Put through meat grinder, rotating chicken bacon chicken bacon
After reaching desired consistancy,:
Ranch packet seasoning and cheese
Let sit in fridge for an hour or freeze for later.
Sam. I’ve been there and done that crawling across the floor for hours on a search mission. 30 years clean and sober last month.
Now I find Im addicted to all kinds of glorious foods. Thanks for your vids & recipes. Y’all are GR8
The chili sauce is phenominal. I make my own ranch seasoning and can’t wait to make these burgers!
Definately trying this one. Cheers!
Love your videos and I love burgers. I will have to try this.
Looks interesting. I may try this burger. But honestly everything you make looks good!❤
Have to try this one
You always gotta love a good burger. Even more when its nice, thick, and juicy.
Always good to try different recipes cause how can you say something is truly craveable unless you've tried multiple types. Maybe he loved it cause it was the best for him but as you've tried more variations, it isn't as craveable.
I've made burgers very similarly before turned out great
This looks amazing
Love this one. Now I know what I am making for dinner one night this week.
Looks absolutely delicious!
Sam has made my cooking game go up exponentially. Just need a good knife to help the prep! Good job Camera crew and Sam
Love watching your videos. Keep on making America cook again ol.
excellent as always cant wait to try it
That's a big burger! I like the idea if the flat top and wok lid.👍
Dinner tonight!!! Will be doing the smoker for 30 minutes and then sear after rest!! Can't wait!
Never have I ever wanted crack before, but crack burgers will be on my griddle this week! Thanks!
Keep doing a great job 💯
I've never had crack anything, so I'm really looking forward to this one!
I have to make this burger! I'm tubby so I'm on the keto diet, now I'm a tad less tubby, but this burger easily fits into my keto diet! With a low carb bun of course
Oh, I have everything to make this tonight! Woo Hoo 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Gonna have to try the sour cream, I love the ranch mix, cheese and, bacon!
Gave friends a taste of Kewpie. They didn’t say much so I put it back in the fridge. A few minutes later when making sandwiches, one says “hey, I want that weird mayo”. He loved it.
now I know what I'm making the family for dinner tonight.. thank you :)
Good timing .. 1st to like the video lol. Awesome content.. thanks for all you do!!
that looks really good I think it's going on the menu sometime this week at the house ✌
