That's what happened today? 🤔. Didn't make any trades. I found seven, some were tempting, but didn't fit my plan. I learned to be patient and follow the plan based on your teachings. I could have gone over the $25k limit with three purchases, but I wasn't 100% sure of the stocks based on Level 2. Thank You Ross!

That flush on MLEC just after the open killed me. Really thought it had room to run.
I messed around with AGBA AND MFI today. The good thing about MFI is that it seems like another MNDR. MFI is at a low price, low amount of shares available, and the underwriter as well. There’s no need to explain AGBA with the merger agreement.
I just finished your book in two days. Really well written. I loved it. I think it will be a great help with my trading.

I got fleeced between friday and today. Damn orders didn't fill and I hit the drops without stops in place. Bad days, so I am putting myself back in the sim for the end of the month until I get consistently green again. Thanks for your perspectives as always!

Nice start to the week ross, I was green today as well, up about 750 pound on my demo account, couple of nice trades on copper and Tesla, got the show on the road. I went short on Tesla, I knew Elon was having some problems with his electric cars, so I took advantage of that. As for copper, caught it on the up, going well at the moment, due to indecision with interest rate cuts in America, weak dollar up goes the metal, probably why gold is at an all time high as well and silver is also doing well, been trading all of them. Just can’t wait until I do it for real, must get a nice bunch of cash in my live account first to secure the deposits, won’t be to long now. Saw you video, while you were driving your car, talking about the right mental approach to trading and how you must not revenge trade, I wouldn’t think of it ross, I am cool calm and collective when I trade, not after going crazy or losing it due to a red day, they wont happen. Anyway, glad it went well for you today and as always ross, on to your next tutorial.

Took a trade on AGBA to brake the pre market high and then placed 100shares at the pull back and first green candle set my SL at the pre market high instead of the previous red candle which caused me to get stopped out from a 27¢ profit per share. Only risked 4$ for 15$ (15¢) per share. Learned that I need to trust my SL position and I have to risk something to gain something risking 4¢ compared to risking 10¢ cause me to lose rather than profit.
For me on Dash, SMFL was showing float as only 350 shares. Still having trouble seeing today's pre market data for SMFL.
That's because of all of the reverse splits
time interval is a part of the equation as well

I think somebody is playing with the stocks. We put our money in then all of a sudden. The stock flushes and take all our money

MlEC was showing 6.5 M on the float for me and also on some sites off my chart. What would cause my number and your float number to be so different Ross?
Looked pretty dull to me today but the SPY and QQQs are really moving. My guess folks are trading the indexes vs low floats.

Remember, the entire market will be strong this week, but strong against the trend. This is a pullback. There's no shame in waiting until the lower high forms.

Thats what I said. It's confusing. But I chose the lowest float stock. Profit made. Also, it's a choppy market, dont over trade
I'm a beginner trader. Today I had a nice profit on my 500 shares of SMFL but I couldn't close my position and still can't. Keep getting the message that my position size is larger then 1% of outstanding shares so I can't sell. How can I see this prior to buying a stock?
I can't place a decent trade. Everything I pick based on Gap, Vol/ RelVol, $1 - $10 and Momentum with green uptrends always tanks the minute I place $$ on it.

Hey Ross! Where do you get your Float number from? My TV indicator says 3.22M; Yahoo Finance says 14.77M, and yours says 37.56M. However, Yahoo Finance reports that the shares outstanding are exactly 37.56M, a number they take from the most recent quarterly or annual report. So your float is equal to Yahoo Finance's shares outstanding. Weird
Finfiz says 6.5M, whilst Webull shows 8.4M. 37.56M definitely doesn't seem correct?

Find good levels for stop losses, controlling risk is the only thing we actually can control. Even the reward is dependent on buyers/sellers depending on your position. Look into risk management strategies should help a lot!

I got caught in two flushes in a row today. Need to learn to avoid that but I’m really not sure how I can avoid it
Its actaully very to catch the flushes but MACD can help a lot as well as tape most of the time before the flushes u will see a lot of heavy red on the tape

Do not underestimate the power of getting in early. If you are not in Cyberopolis now, you are lagging behind.
Traded that $MFI IPO today... never seen manipulation or spoofing that obvious or bad before. Then I see the company provides markets with data and makes investing AI... 😒
I bought 50 shares when the ASK said $10.05, filled at $10.28 even though ASK still said $10.05. Later sold a position when BID said $11, filled at $10.80 with $11 stacked 3 high on BID... all day sometimes the price showing was outside the bid or ask as orders were going through. Robinhood (I only use for mobile charts) didn't even have level II data. I would suggest NOT trading MFI
Not an internet issue either. Was trading other stocks just fine. Internet was 120mbps all day. MFI is spoofing on a whole other level
trading agba a lot of the day made back what i lost pre market and up about 1k now maybe holding position into tomorrow since after hours is pushing up

Not primarily, Ross will check the short float % when reviewing top gappers though.
Is market cap and float are the same ?
Market Cap is Price x Shares. So you need the float to calculate market cap
if you have 10M why is your trade size so small? just curious
Those profits are from a decade of trading. If I can average $5k/day it’s 1mil per year. It’s not easy to day trade with massive positions, so I keep it small.

What does it mean when the level 2 and your charts freeze randomly? The other day I was in the middle of a trade and everything froze for a few minutes and then picked up where it left off. It wasn’t my computer, it was just one particular stock and it happened again this morning.
You might be referring to a halt of the stock. When there is alot of volatility, the stock temporarily halts to allow movement to stabilize. Google trading halts for more.

I just practiced today with 5k on the test account and lost on five of my six trades. Over three hours😮 I only about one hundred cos I cashed out quick, but on Friday I made over 30euro in three minutes😊 this trading thing really does require, practice, skill and above all........Luck. no more real money trading until I get my groove back🎉🎉🎉
