You make it look easy but there is a lot more to it and you should include the two different pannel clips in the kit (which break easily), otherwise well done video.
Thanks for the feedback, as far as I remember we really filmed everything. But adding the clips could be a nice extra, especially when the cars get older and they get more brittle, we will take a look at it :-).
@@Retrofitlab Thanks for the reply and the video. This locking ring did not want to come off the bulb. I saw another video where they removed it and it looked easy. After applying some lubricant I was able to wiggle it off. Left the top of the bulb case all scratched up. Went on the new bulb easily. This was the original 11.5 year old bulb but no signs of corrosion. Probably just bad luck with this one example. Maybe a warped top case on the bulb when it was originally assembled 11.5 years ago.
@@dougingraham5807 I can imagine that if the bulb is in there for such a long time it might be a bit of a hassle to take it out indeed. Glad to hear you were able to get it out in the end! 😎
Yep, I think this is the video I needed. Gonna rewind this one again and again! TY ❤
Did you do it already ?

Thank you buddy...... wonderful 😊
You didn't show the one thing I needed to know. How to remove the locking ring from the old bulb without breaking it.
Hi,
it should just twist off without breaking or any force

Did you do it already? I ll very soon…
I haven’t - we’re you able to ?
Just a normal wrench is flat enough and you can get the screw out.
25%. That aint worth it really. Thnx for showing tho.
It is 38.3% more lux te be precise. I’d say it is worth it.
Has anyone tried the LED conversion
