I heard someone refer to BTS as the "Princes" the other day. BTS is my ultimate bias group but I also Love Big Bang so I'm okay with it either way.
Hahaha. I made it for my OKAYtinashe Show Vlogs then decided to keep doing it. Yeah that's what I figured. Especially since BTS has the advantage of social media on where it is now.
A big part of why there are very few co-ed groups is because of the way idols are produced. Having talent by itself doesn't make it happen. The entertainment companies will audition and scout people when they are young, then train them up for months (occasionally) or years (usually). (Jimin was a trainee for only three months before they debuted. But he brought all of his formal dance training with him so it wasn't like he just rolled in off the street.) While they are training they also live together. And THAT'S where it starts to get sticky. Especially because the expectation is insanely high for how they will conduct themselves. They are seen as having tremendous influence on the younger generation. So stuff like JB's pot smoking or acting up in the US would be the kiss of death to an idol...and very possibly the whole group.

free wyra 28 is it's peak actually on its first week. And it's 79 right now on its 8th week. Doesn't seem like much. But think about how a kpop song sung in like 50% Korean is in the chart dominated by American/western artists. It's quite an achievement.
You definitely react to Blood Sweat & Tears and some of their dance practices too. I would also recommend watching introduction/guide to BTS videos to get to know them and their stories more (Squishy Min Yoongi has some amazing and really funny intro videos and I would highly recommend watching theirs). Something you should probably know about BTS is that a lot of their music videos are connected and tell one long (and complicated) story that has been going on since 2015 or possibly even earlier. I could give you a list for in what order it would be best to watch them if you want or you could just google it. There are a lot of theories about them and they have really amazing production and cinematography. I think you would really like them. PS: I really love your reactions. You see things from a different perspective which I think really cool! (Sorry that this ended up so long..)

they use to have coed group but it did not work out they nerves that the girls and the boys will get together in the coed groups because when you are and Idol in most of the company the boys & girls group members are not allow to date because of fan and others problem could cause the group to go down in population a with their fans so the coeds groups did not last but their is a new group name KARD four members two girls and two Guys their are really good check them out here are two song you should check out OH NANA and RECALL
