It’s alleged on Facebook that the sheriff was confronting the judge because he he found out he had intimate dealings with his 17 year old daughter. No idea if this has any credence but if it does, that definitely could make a father snap.

@@tonystevenson26 The only way a 17-year-old in Kentucky can get married is if a court agrees to it, and the partner can't be over a certain age, the age of consent in Kentucky is 16, but there are restrictions to it, the partner can't be over a certain age, or in a position of authority.
If the judge committed a crime against a citizens rights. Its legal for that sheriff to do what he did under Section 18 Article of Color in the Constitution.

This is a small area in Kentucky and news spreads fast and rumors are proven correct. Sheriff was confronting the married judge about sleeping with his underage daughter.
I don't know if there's any truth to that , but I can't blame him if it is, if that's what was truly going on. Now he deserves one and the one he was doing whatever with. Justice is justice. That Jude had some problems if that was the case and that deputy has failed as a parent. The daughter knew better as well. No cleans hands on anyone involved, if this is true. Facts.
