What I think is missing/minimalized in this discourse is the antiBlackness component.
With Mark Robinson and Kanye West the first thing that is usually mentioned is their antisemitism. But I would argue that in order for you to hate people that look like you (and therefore yourself), that level of self-hatred far exceeds antisemitism.
Systematic antiblackness is so baked into every part of society that Robinson, Clarence Thomas, Candace Owens, Kanye West, Jason Whitlock, etc, etc, etc can't even realize that their disdain for their own community stems from it.

Given his public and factually supported remarks, it doesn't seem unlikely that Mark Robinson would think those thoughts and speak those words. It's not a stretch to draw that conclusion based on his public comments.
