Jazakallahu khair sheikh bacause of that i also disagreed with many people who says its halal. Its actually its haram in my own view bcause of the reason many scholars who understood it mentioned .! Jazakallahu khair ya sheikh may Allah reward u ameen
Could you make a video about the ruling on options trading? There are some scholars who claim that it is permissible as long as the underlying stock is shariah compliant
Some crypto investments are clearly haram (eg leveraged trades, futures etc). There are some crypto investments that might be ok according to me. For example, if I buy bitcoin now at $60000 on the spot. I take possession of it to my noncustodial wallet. I come back 2yrs later when the price is $150000 and I sell my bag on the spot for the profit. Then I don't think this is haram. Why? I actually purchased the "item" right now, took full ownership of it then sold later at a profit. This is similar to buying a house or land, taking full ownership of the property, then after two years, the land or house has appreciated in value allowing you to sell at a profit.
@@alibarisa2778 Even if you sell it the next day it’s not haram because you have physical ownership over the asset: it actually exists. While cfd contract doesn’t exist only between the broker and you, and cannot be sold to a third party etc. Only to the broker. Its price derives itself from the asset which its why its called a derivative. A billion dollar trade in the cfd doesn’t affect the market price one pip. A trillion dollar doesn’t affect the market price. 🙂
Don't listen to these so called digital Mullas. They are sick ! Don't make Islam difficult for you. If you like Online Trading of currency , do it. I agree with you.
