Personally i even use specific time to enter trades. But what ive realized is that without having a bias this doesnt work U need a systematic way of finding bias and identifying confirmation during of ur entry during ur kill zones

And also ny session offers trend continuation example when the London has made a low and and price still below the Asian session low we can anticipate for the continuation higher for longs

Her technical analysis is excellent and hid interpretation/projections of the market is so accurate I sometimes ask myself if she is human haha. Point is, Stacey is the perfect trader to follow for advise and daily signals.

This strategy works on the lower timeframes only or even the higher timeframe? because it seems like there are so many candles in the session than the time range of the session.
Everything looks SO easy with Hindsiight. EUR/GBP is a very Low Volume Pair, do you wait for Price to React at Supply or Demand or just Enter as soon as Price Touches a Zone? What you are Highlighting as Supply and Demand doesn't show a Burst of Selling or Buying that would give me Confidence to use it for taking Trades. Of course in Hindsight it works perfectly. Have you got any Videos where you are Trading in Real Time?

i mean this particular session high and low liquidity concept works fine on Nas100
