i' am a little skeptic, why all the rich people will "be inmortal? Why at the other hand they are not helping the poor people to " live " a better life? They are doing it for them self, they want to live forever, while all the poor are dying. Sad, very sad

In terms of material, knowledge to produce it... it is as cheap as producing any other good. In fact it is relatively cheap and easier tha maaany other things. 4- 7 steps ...it is a bacteria fermentation (easy, cheap evereybody can do it) followed by a cell culture (easy, everybody can do it, not so cheap), filtration (easy and cheap, with 4 hours training everybody can do it), ionic chromatography (easy, with 2 hour training you can do iy, not so cheap, anyways not much expensive than 60 pounds per treatment)... summary.... easy technology... not the cheapest thought... the expensive step is the step that involve culturing cells... and it is expensive because the suppliers nowadays are kind of a monopoly

The technology I describe can be simplified even waaaaay further, David and others are on it. His goal is the 10 dollar/treatment. Anyways there are looots of people raising funds like me to start laboratories... myself im looking for investors, partners, im releasing videos and doing the whole paper work (quality, laboratory layout, breakdown of the initial investment, Health and safety, environmental considerations...) to leave everything ready to star lt a laboratory. The more laboratories the more competence, the more supply the cheaper the treatment will be. Its important the general public know this technology exists. Great you are interested, just speaking about it with your beloved ones, friends...make a big difference. I believe this is so important that should end up being financed by governments as a matter of public health, im pretty optimistic

At least in the beginning. Meaning 3rd world countries will keep producing babies. The west might not though, as you say. Also keep in mind that most women get the baby-on-the-mind. This is a biological clock which has been developed through centuries of evolution.

The way I see it, anyone who gets up in the morning to go to work in order to pay for food is seeking the same thing as, for the sake of discussion, all call them an immoralist Same for anyone who goes to the doctor, either for a checkup, or because there's a problem they want fixed They all desire to live another day, for all sorts of different reasons But given it takes 20 years in order to take a fetus, and turn them into a contributing member of society, it seems a waste for that life to end at an arbitrary 70 or 80 And stop being able to contribute at around 65 In fact, it seems quite selfless to wish to live longer than typical life expectancies suggest, and that's just for one person But longevity advocacy benefits far more than just the advocate, as it's not individual immortality, it's for everyone who wants it to be biologically immortal And besides, how much longevity is too much? Should we go back to when the average life expectancy was 30? Should we toss all modern medicine on the basis that people were just fine when they only had a couple decades to live before giving the next generation a shot?
