    Very good!! One of the most informational videos on the subject.

    Thanks, Ryan. Very articulate. I’m studying Robotics and Control and this definitely helped. I liked how you described the PID controller as well.

    been looking for the basic operations of quads, these delivers

    Great talk! The subject was super interesting, and the delivery was clear and confident and thorough with no bs like memes or silly jokes. No downvotes on the video as of 9-19-2017!

    Great intro. Worth watching if you want an introduction to how flight controller code/hardware works.

    May i suggest design a solenoid lock on the gyroscope, or maybe logicrythmic function to set base 'zero' recalibration when velocity of angular momentum is reduced within a nominal range of noise?

    Very good! Wish I was there, given the amount I got out of just this video, I can only image the total I would have benefited from a live demo/Q&A. I'm a systems engineer, so good with a lot of duties in and out of the data centers but never picked up a skill set for writing code. I had quite the circle of friends that were quick to fill in that roll when needed.

    hello the video was soo good , i just did a drone with pixhawk flight controller, so i just want the information about how much current and voltage is used by the 4 esc and the 4 motors and the whole pdb connected to a battery so how can we calculate it so i can estimate my flight time using a 3300 mah battery.

    I think the drift is cause by inefficient of hardware component and pcb design, I never had a drift like that even in raw value of gyroscope 20:15

    What language should I learn to code drones? Does Python work?

    • @mattelanni
      @mattelanni 6 лет назад +5

      Majid Mohammad Probably it works on a specifica platform but if you want to code a drone you better learn C or C++ so you are able to use almost any mcu

    • @thangle4959
      @thangle4959 6 лет назад

      C is the best language for drones. Python code maybe work in Raspberry Pi

      I have learnt how to code on an Arduino, so do I still need to learn C or C++?@@mattelanni

    how are you reading sensor data in real time? for example at the end, there were no wires connected to a computer to plot that data...

    • @wisehomo
      @wisehomo 4 года назад +1

      he's probably using wireless connection to the computer bluetooth or wifi connected to the arduino. there are modules that are sold. you buy them and connect them then write some code and then you get the data to the computer. on computer side he writes a client that uses the data and puts it on that interface using any other language. web php, desktop application using C# .net or C++ Qt or whatever.
