Just the beauty of this game keeps me playing, rockstar did such an amazing job with rewarding you for exploring that it feels like I’ll find something new even if I probably already found everything. Just the pure mysticism of living in the Wild West with the lack of law enforcement and being in the “new world”, you were basically a pilgrim/explorer.
My 9 year old has watched me play for months. He decided to have have his own playthrough.... last week I watched him finish the 'red dead redemption' misson. By the end He cried like I never saw him cry. Shit was heavy man. Rdr2 is glorious all around.

Played this on PS4 pro and it was very beautifull. Now this is like Read Dead 3 it is on a whole different level. It really amazes me on how technology has advanced and we et to enjoy such beautiful and reallistic environments.
This is the best game I've ever played. In terms of gameplay, original story, characters, sick details that make it so realistic, the best AI I've watched in a videogame, original soundtrack, graphics are insane.... and I played it on ps4. It's not my favourite game but I believe it's the most complete game I played in my entire life 💜
This music and realistic scene reminds me of the old days when me and my friend goes on cycling for different and beautiful places I just can't stop me from crying.

have played it through twice now with my 1070 system, get about 60fps on high settings and 1080p. def plan on playing it again down the road with everything maxed out when the system that can run it doesn't cost 2/3k

Very nice but doesn't look like it's holding or even hitting 60FPS and personally I would have used more sunny day footage between the thunderstorms to show off the dynamic range even if it does get down sampled back to SDR for RUclips.
You will never aim 60 fps with this kind of reshade and resolution even on a 3090 even without the reshade at ultra and 4K the 3090 manage to barely get 60 fps on some places on other places it just cant even get over 50 fps so yeah there is that

Yeah it's weird how much difference 60FPS makes. For example Digital Foundry reviewing Returnal on PS5 I can watch at 4K60 and although it doesn't look as sharp as this because the PS5 rendering resolution of 1440p is being pushed up to 4K, the better video capture makes a difference

I have this setup and i also play RDR2 in 30 or even 24fps. I keep it cinematic.
My favorite game of all time. It looks amazing on my lowly GTX 970. It's stunning on this card. Makes me want to play it again.
Whenever I see Rdr2 then I imagine how good Gta 6 would be. But again, Gta 6 won't have this showcase of nature. And that is the usp of this game.
This video shows just how incredible an achievement the console versions were - they stack up incredibly well to this.
