Hola amigo! We are Greg and Hillary - a husband and wife team that loves traveling, going on adventures, and helping others do the same! I love a good piece traditional pan dulce from Ideal or Madrid as the as much as the next Chilango- but you will just have to trust us when we say that this Pan Dulce was 12/10 good!

Mexican food is not only tacos and beans, but any type of food made by Mexican hands. As RIP chef Anthony Bourdain once said: "even in a french kitchen, the best cook is the mexican guy" xD
He called Mexican/Central American immigrants the backbone of the industry...loved him, he was such an advocate and truly understood.

Same problem in the D.F. as here? Yesterday I went to Walmart-Quintana and there were TWO lines that stretched for more than 2 blocks here in zona norte de Querétaro.

From Mexico Airport Benito Juarez you could use the metro line 5 from "Terminal Area" to Pantitlan, and from "Pantitlan" to "Centro Medico" from there is jut two blocks to Parque Delta, you need to use more the Metro guys :)
So, I'm guessing that you got a residence (12-month lease) to help with your government permit.
Your important meeting was to exchange the Temporary Resident Visa for a permit.

Me alegra mucho que ya se animaron a conocer otros rumbos de la ciudad como Narvarte, que también es una colonia muy bonita y con mucho para ofrecer, esa clase de pequeñas panaderías como la que hoy visitaron, se encuentran por toda la ciudad, sólo es cosa de ubicarlas.

for me is: 1: Maque (their pan de muertos is amazing!!! super traditional) then panería rosetta (is where the bread from rosetta is made), a couple of tiny panaderías in cuauhtémoc, (near american embassy) then maison Kayser (yes franchise but delicous) and finally café tacuba :)

Gas shortage, although yesterday when I went to the bank and Walmart-Quintana, there were TWO long lines of cars waiting to fill 'er up! Ah, yes AWESOME Pan dulce but your breakfast foodies were just as WONDERFUL as the pan. Here in Querétaro, besides La Mariposa, a must try is El Pan de Mamá, over in Heroic Children subdivision, just a block from the University of Querétaro.

The bread in Mexico is not longer than in the past. About ten years ago, I think, the Mexican bread industry spoke to the country and let people know that due to financial issues, the industry could not longer keep offering the high quality bread that the country was used to.
The food scenes with matching music is cracking me up! Next time you need the black bar to protect viewers from exposure to that "raunchy" meal, lol! Ya'll are my favorite foodies!
You guys have to try Lonches de my State Coahuila! From my little hometown Villa Union, Coahuila Mexico, and particularly from EL PULQUERO......omg.....food from another world! Great video and that food looked.....sabrosisima!
