Yuk Masak Yukk! Cooking with the Chef

Yuk Masak Yukk! is one of our RUclips program, we cook a dish from Parc de Ville Menu to share with you that we certainly provide a high quality ingredients, we cook in a clean environment, and we pay a close attention to our dishes' details.
Our beloved Ajeng was having a cooking time with Chef Yono. At that day, they were cooking Bakakak Hayam, a traditional West Java food where a whole chicken smeared with a special spices made from the combination of tumeric, shallot, garlic, ginger, candlenut, bay leaf, lemongrass, basil, and coriander. It's one of Parc de Ville menu that has a very tasty scent, because of the spices that we use. Our Bakakak Hayam has a tender texture, delicate taste, and a little bit spicy. While for the drink, Iced Tea is going to be the perfect companion for Bakakak Hayam.
