While I have some issues with bosses(especially the final) the dlc was still incredible. People often forget that Fromsoft games are more than the bosses.

Even Ruff Criminal knows this DLC is awesome. I'm really bummed that the overall discourse devolved to people whining about difficulty because this is maybe my favorite expansion of any game ever now, some of the coolest levels and environments From Software's ever made.

@@pillsburydoughbane2618 truly don’t understand people STILL complaining about difficulty…we know how Elden Ring works, did they expect a DLC they could just walk into overleveled and breeze through? The scaling based on scadurtree blessings is so smart

It's not difficult it's unfair. There's a difference. Elden Ring already sucked, FROM took the worst parts of ER and made it the entire DLC. When ER was already the worst parts of DS2 and DS3 slapped into an empty yet oversaturated open world with constantly reused bosses and enemies.
I used to be a huge FROM fan, I think Bloodborne is the best game ever made, I put DS1 and Sekiro in my top ten, I own and have platinumed all their games (even ER), but if this is the direction they're going in from now on I'm not buying a single game of theirs anymore.

First time I've disagreed with you this hard, Ruff. I hated base ER already, and the DLC just took the worst parts of that and dialled it up to eleven. If this is the direction FROM takes their future games, I'm done buying them. Coming from a HUGE FROM fan.
