These videos are ridiculous they don't even match on how to update the cameras and when one of your clients ask you to refer to an article that again doesn't answer the question.
The video in the support link is what you want. Download the IPC camera upgrade file for the cams u have. Plug the USB with the files into your NVR. On the NVR, go the maintenance. In maintenance, select the "upgrade IPC" option. Then just select the file for each cam. Be sure to your cams match the file downloaded.
On the NVR it tells me the firmware is the latest version however your website download centre tells me different which means the NVR is not auto updating the newest firmware

@@ReolinkCameras I have the latest version of Reolink Client for Mac v8.8.2, the same for the NVR and the iphone app and none of them shows the "info" option or the "upgrade firmware" option for the PoE camera. I'm sure is a bug.

I am using IPC_523128M5MP.951_22041567.RLC-510A.OV05A10.5MP.REOLINK.pak to update RLC-510A NVR says Wrong FIle Version. Other RLC-510A camera updated no problem.
@@ReolinkCameras Ut turned out to be different hardware. This is confusing and misleading. People order model number assuming they get a feature, but model does not always support the features unless it has correct hardware. This is absurd. Hardware should be part of the model. RLC-510A RLC-510A_V2 etc and Even firmware is not compatible.

I cannot update half my cameras because firmware does not work with my camera due to hardware difference. in order to reduce misunderstanding, enable update server via NVR interface.

There's no INFO under Camera in the newest client version. Can't find older versions. How can I update my camera then?

the download files are not .pak on reolink site, they are .REOLINK.IPC_515B16M5M
