What a nightmare, lol. Can you please tell us if you saw any improvements once the upgrades were done or any significant change? I prefer not to upgrade if it takes all this to do so as my system with the same cameras you have is working flawlessly.

Thank you! Upgrading firmware on NVR right now. Hope that helps with a new camera that won’t work on my 1 month old system. 🙏

My reset button is stuck, nothing happens when I press the button, I have been unable to log in to the camera for weeks now

Hello and thanks for your videos. I was in the process of updating Firmware on my Reolink RLC-823A and in the middle of the update I turned off my computer. Now I can't get in touch with my camera. Can I get back to old firmware and what should I do?

Great video! What I would really like to know is why does the NVR have an auto update button when it clearly can’t auto update anything?

Are both ports having issues? Will a USB mouse work in the ports. Maybe try formatting the stick using a PC in NTFS or FAT.

I don't really understand the issue. Did you forget the password as administrator to the NVR, to the cameras or to your ISP's WiFi router? Are the camera's connected to the NVR directly or accessed over the network? Thanks

I'm a noob to all of this and I think I just bruised my brain trying to comprehend all the various ways and setups. You'd think they could find a simpler way. But that's what I'm here for, to learn, and this couldn't be a more thorough and well thought out presentation. Like being in class. Well done professor.

Thanks for the awesome comment. I agree, some of these camera systems are pretty complex to setup... but the good new is, they are getting less complex and much simpler to get up and running.
