The movie was ok for what it was but I rather seen Reilly and Abby together in my opinion still better than Jenny's Wedding

I don’t think that Harper was the problem, I think Abby is the problem as I think. She kinda weak of a person in my opinion, because she keep on accepted and agreed to everything.
I don’t think Harper was even try that hard, convincing Abby to do anything or everything. I mean, Harper didn’t have or need to manipulated Abby. (It not she a abuser of a person or anything.)
But Abby just quickly accepted it without, a second thought for she made a decision. Like when she finally decided to leave, after the crap she gone through and everything.
She quickly to accept to stay, after Harper ask her too without. Any real effort to convince her.
Abby only decided to leave for good, after she finally see the real Harper. And she again accepted Harper apology and forgave her, without Harper even have try hard to convince Abby.
She also forgiven the twin kids for what, they to her and accepted their apology. Honestly, I couldn’t feels that sorry for Abby, if she was that easy to convince. By not a good person that didn’t, need to try that hard to convince her.
I don’t think Harper a manipulator, because she never force Abby into anything. Abby just easily accept and agreed to it. Sure Harper maybe a terrible person, but she isn’t that of bad person.
She just made a bad decision in her life, even though she it doesn’t excuse. What she had done to Riley in the past, but she isn’t perfect and she isn’t evil neither.
Harper annoyed the crap out of me... I literally had diarrhoea after watching this movie.

What I don’t like about the movie is that, we don’t get any focus or storyline of Harper. Explanation why she acting the way she is, as we just supposed to dislike and hates.
Because what Riley said about, while we don’t get any of Harper. Side of the story to see if it even true or not, we supposed accept Riley words for it.
Or because Harper either ignored and not spending time with Abby.
I just think that Harper was done and written dirty in the whole movie, which was sort of unfair and wasn’t done well as I think.
Harper’s family got a little bit more scene time or focus. Even I think Riley got more screen time than Harper, who supported to a minor character and not meant to that important.
While Harper who supposed to be Abby love interest not Riley.
I also, don’t understand why a lot of people in a comment. Wants Abby to be with a complete stranger, that she just met and hardly know that much.
All we know she could be as bad as Harper or Riley have an another side of her, just because what happened her in the past by Harper doesn’t make her any better then Harper.
Like I said, Abby just met Riley like a few days ago. Be good an enough reason to consider that for Abby should go with, a complete stranger that she hardly knows about her.
Because she told a story about, what happened with Harper. As how we know that she didn’t just made it up, just cause tension as like I said. As we don’t anything side of Harper the story, we just supposed to take Riley’s words.
We just supposed hates Harper for that, just Riley said so to Abby to take it as the fact.
So many easily fixable flaws in this movie. The biggest was how they handled Harper's fear of coming out; she is allowed to be terrified, but since the film is through the eyes of Abby (Primarily) we should have seen that it wasn't a problem earlier on. It would have been more lighthearted AND funnier if the phantom fears of Harper were less of a threat. (Also, Harper should have been more consistently jealous of others flirting with Abby as opposed to Abby jealous bc others are flirting with Harper.)

that movie looks truly terrible. No interest in watching it. Boring, makes no sense, no chemistry, tired tropes.
And yet somehow lesbians love it and prefer it to Ammonite, an actual good lesbian film.
This movie is insufferable.
The only thing is insufferable about this movie, is how much the writers try to make Harper character. So must hatable and unlikeable, while they made Abby and Riley. So likeable and loves, while Harper is so hated.
That I feel sorry for Harper, while dislike Riley for being likeable. And Abby too victimize and sympathetic.

All the focus and attention goes Riley who just a minor character, who I think shouldn’t get that much focus in the film. While Abby seem to sympathetic character. We’re supposed to feel for and understanding, while Harper was made to dislike or hate so much.
Which I think it seem be to unfair to her character. I think Harper character deserves better developers, because I think she was done really dirty in the whole movie.
I feels a little bad for Harper, she deserves better characteristic.
