    Great Job on this I think you should should add more supports to the bottom of your lane though to make it more sturdy. If the ball bounces in anyway on impact they call it the double dribble it affects ball reaction going down lane. Also should make a gutter system too there are parts from warehouse stores and u can do this easily. Also consider string pins and a pully system for the pins so your friend doesn't have to break his back setting them up like pinboys did back in the 1900's.

  • @Jer0da0sniper
    @Jer0da0sniper 3 года назад +5

    You’re not getting much pin reaction because you need a stiffer base where the pins sit. The energy is being lost to the deformation of the wood below the pins.
    If you made this whole lane 3x the thickness for rigidity, you’d have a nice bowling setup in your backyard!

    Need to use the hill to make a ball return from 6...maybe 8in PVC pipe...walking 10ft down the hill is much better than walking 60ft every single ball thrown..or if someone will always be by the pins then even make a ramp about 4ft tall give or take and you can also use a a gutter also...PVC is cheap so might as well put a gutter on both sides with a 1 maybe 2ft tall wall for the gutters so u don't have to run marathons to retrieve gutter balls...can make a rail bumpers for kids made from PVC...also its not going to last real long...you can literally see it move quite a bit when the ball is rolling when the camera was on the approach...everything expands and contracts from heat and lack of heat...its going to warp if its not secured with more screws where it moves easily... There is a reason hardwood is used to build lanes...so they last
