    Love the videos. For my clarification, does the lumbar support go ontop of the two bony pelvis bones in my back? Ive seen many videos and all lumbar supports eventually hurt my back. But maybe its because I keep changing where it goes.

    Hiiii bro, my tail bone pain is not going away. It on the right side of tail bone can you recommend me a easy stretch and better sitting on ergonomic chair. I use to sit 7 8 hours daily
