I had significantly pulled back from pull-ups due to elbow pain and these narrow neutral grip pull-ups have really allowed me to get back into regular pull-up training. Very little to zero elbow pain!
been doing pull/chin ups over 40 years. Now into my 60s I have to use a narrow nutrual grip. I do one set (all out) twice a week. Got 11 this past Saturday. Ecellent form ~4/4 cadence. I don't like bending my knees when doing them. I prefer to have a my legs straight. I enjoyed this content. thank you.
I find you just wonderful and generous with your audience. I am a female with an athletic shape thanks to my Dad and Mom, wide shoulders narrow hips, and long legs. I Have always been active, however, I've been looking for SPECIFIC exercises to build my lats and the back, front, and middle deltoids, as well as my INNER FORARMS. Do you have a course for my weaker parts online for women? or do you train in your own studio, where are you located? I am really pleasantly surprised, that I found your video on Lats and, that I could perhaps train with you online
I noticed your pullups are hands forward or neutral grip ,why not hands towards u for chin ups is there a reason i have never seen u prigram chin ups, please answer bobby😅
Tried pull ups the other day but at age 66 can only get 2 . Haven’t done pull ups for years. But will start with deadlifts. I can do those.is this done on leg day , chest day … ?
52yrs old here.. pull ups push ups and dips are essential in my workouts..at least twice a week.. can do 20(sometimes up to23) in one set.strict. The biggest reason why i csn still do pull ups?.. is..that.. I srill do pull ups! Ive seen guys over 60 doing weighted pull ups right by my side! Natty..no TRT nothing..
I'm in my 50s already! These days I can only do 2-3 pull-ups on my own. So I grab the band after I can no longer do any more and do a few more with that. Lastly, I go to a Lat pull down and do some additional reps with that, like 10 with a light weight. I used to do negatives after I can no longer do anymore pull ups on my own, but my shoulders would nag me. Maybe my form is a tad off although I'm very strict. I would appreciate some suggestions on this. Thanks and HNY!!

I LOVE your intensity !!!!! It's infectious !!!!
Excellent video! For older athletes I would definitely agree on the Neutral grip. Feels much better!! Thanks for the info!
I like it man I've never heard anybody say to do wide grip deadlifts to work your lats! I'm gonna give it a shot.
Simple Fast and Real!

The neutral grip also seems to be kinder to my aching elbows.
