I really enjoy all your paintings! i am 73 and have only been painting a couple of years, but I enjoy it so much. Thank you for all the wonderful ideas on what to paint, and for drawing instructions too. You are a blessing.
Verbal instructions is clear and easy to understand actual drawing is easy to fallow so professional as he gave instructors who unselfishly imparts all his best to us beginner. thank very much
My favorite artist of all times, I love every single little thing that you paint because there is always magic at the tip of your brush...and you always have this amazing music that I love so much! Thank you for your kindness and generosity. 😊🙏🧚🐦🌺🪄🎨
It is so nice that you explain that everyone has a different technique when they paint. Such easy to follow instructions. Thank you also for providing downloadable drawings.
Perhaps I should be tweeting this message. I'd be a raven lunatic if I thought I could produce anything as lovely as that, but I will try it. I thoroughly enjoyed the tutorial. Thank you very much. Andy
I just love how you started to draw the birds using two circles. I love these techniques how you used more pink to show out the bird's body. Real earthly colors showing the foreground and the background. The dimness of the background is a lovely contrast to the sharpness of the detailed bird in the foreground. Thank you once more for this great tutorial of spring.
Good morning dear Paul 🍳🍕🥞🥨🍵☕🍽️! It's Wednesday again and you're in the studio again and I'm glad to see you healthy and in a good mood again! Thank you for the new interesting video tutorial! we are very cold, like in winter: snow and rain, icy wind, temperature 0-6 ° С 🌨️🌨️🌧️🌧️🌬️🌬️. All the best to you dear Paul 💋♥️ and I will wait for new video lessons! Bye...bye, dear, see you soon on the internet 🖐️🖐️🖐️😊P.S.I noticed that in Britain from April 1 they switched to daylight saving time again, because your video lessons began to go on air 1 hour earlier, not at 14:00, but at 13:00 our time. I'm following this, so as not to miss the release of the new video!😊😊😊🖐️🖐️🖐️
@@ArtbyPaulClark Dear Paul, I congratulate you on the upcoming feast of Holy Easter! Today, in our Catholic Church, the sisters Hubert and Stella are also preparing for the all-night service in honor of Holy Easter. We sing songs and decorate the church in front of the parishioners!🕊️⛪🕊️⛪🕊️⛪🕊️⛪🕊️
Lovely as usual. I particularly liked the real time footage as it shows how careful you are about where you put your brush. You're obviously studying the process of the painting and how it's developing. We don't always appreciate the time it takes and this was very revealing. Absolutely love the loose background. Thanks again Paul, can't wait to join y next month and paint alongside you.🎉😊
Superb! I love the combination of loose and detailed with the blossom and the bird. So lovely! Great tips on drawing birds, too. Thanks for another great tutorial.
0h Paul I love the painting just the one I want to do over Easter break 🎉 pink 💗 💕 is my favourite colour thank you for your drawing I am not clever enough to draw my own ooh that bird it's gorgeous
Thanks for the encouragement Paul!! My painting studio is a disaster from after the holidays. It’s the next room we tackle after having been putting Christmas decorations away and cleaning closets etc. I can’t work in a messy room, you don’t need to know all this stuff, but I just didn’t feel right making up an excuse to you as to why I can’t get started right away. If it comes out good enough, I will send you a picture of my painting when I’m done in the next week, I hope😊
I’m telling you, Paul your voice could be on radio. It is so calming to watch your videos. I really like this one. I guess the girly pink really resonated with me.😊
Wonderful video Paul! It’s been very helpful because I have 3 photos of a baby Gold Finch who visited my garden a couple years ago. I used portrait mode and has the perfect blurry background. This video will be extremely helpful as were you, showing us how to draw birds. Thank you Paul, have a wonderful day today!!
I love this painting, it’s so good to know you paint top half first, often time i paint so slow and it makes sense to divide them into sections. You simplify the color and drawing for us, one of my favorite teacher out there. Thanks so much.
When people join my FB group, they have to answer a membership question “who is your favorite artist”. Of course, YOU are mentioned all the time! Love your tutorials and art. You’re inspiring.
Your bird drawings are so amazing! Thanks for the tips! I really loved watching you paint this. Those flowers are so soft and springy. I also really love the facts about the bird. You have a natural gift of story telling. What a blessing this was.
Thanks for another great tutorial! I always consider this a Paul Clark concert because you cover so many areas of technique, music, jokes, and Margot’s additions. The best of Wednesday! 🎈🎼
Lovely painting Paul. I’m in Ontario Canada. Never heard of a blue grey gnatcatcher. Have to look that up if I ever saw it i probably thought it was a finch
Your presence in my living room of a Wednesday is the closest feeling I get to being home in England. Thank you for your wonderful videos. I loved your Blue Grey Gnatcatcher painting. I think the background is a valuable lesson in loose watercolour. I know I've learned so much from you, Paul. Thank you! ❤️
Thanks very much, Paul, for demonstrating how to paint this! I appreciated the real-time painting toward the end. The time estimate of 2.5 hours was also helpful. Now I'll know not to be frustrated 30 minutes in. I like how you have both loose and detailed parts of the painting. I'll definitely try painting a blue-grey gnatcatcher this weekend.
Just beautiful! We just got 20” of new snow in my area so a pretty spring bird painting is much appreciated! Thanks from your student who is longing for spring in Idaho. 😊
So lovely! Such a wonderful tutorial. I love watching you paint, and listening to your stories. You have taught me so much about water control. Thank you for sharing your immense talent! 💜
Thank you for the lesson today! Enjoyed listening and watching about techniques - drawing lesson and wet on wet for creating the petals!! Of course the blue gray gnat catcher was interesting to learn about. One of the first things I painted was a cardinal bird! :0) Have a great day - thanks for making ours!!
Hi Paul, Thank you for such a beautiful painting video and for info about the Gnatcatcher and a good way to learn to draw birds it's very helpful! can't wait to try it.
Beautiful and so appropriate as I sat on my front porch at sunset and listened to robins, mourning doves, Canadian geese flying above, turkeys gobbling in the woods here in my corner of West Virginia and here is your bird tutorial. Thank you!
Thank you for another wonderful tutorial, I get up super early on Wednesdays so I can start the tutorial before my day begins babysitting little ones ! I try and paint every waking hour possible , I am obsessed!!!
It was lovely watching this gorgeous painting come together, there's so much life in that little bird I half expected him to fly away 😊 Thank you for the great tips on drawing birds Paul. Have a really good easter weekend 🐣
So beautiful! This would be a perfect present for a friend of mine who's birthday is end of the month, so I'll give it a try. Thank you for this phantastic tutorial ❤. Greetings from Germany, Dagmar
I really loved this picture. I have always had a great fondness for birds. This made me feel that I may actually have a go at painting one. I like his the background isn't so detailed. I'm far too rigid in trying to be exact then get frustrated and give up. Though I realise your experience makes it look far easier than it really is. Jean. The picture is my son in law!

Love that Andy - ... was going to reply with a pun about a Blue tit ... then thought, perhaps not.
