Awesome! Thank you!
Thank you for sharing. Absolutely awesome! I will be trying this technique on the lazy Susan turntables I purchased a while ago. Great job!!!
Can't wait to see what you create!!
Stunning, Angelia! Love this! I've been wanting to try one of these for a while now. You certainly give me inspiration! Ga Ga Gorgeous! 🥰😍🤩
Thank you so much Bonnie!!
That is really awesome. I bought three that I’m going to make with coasters to go with it for my family members for Christmas this year. Good thank you so much for this technique. It’s gorgeous I love it and I’m going to go purchase myself some Sherwin William colors. Thanks again. Much appreciated beautiful work.
Thank you so much Deb!!
Gorgeous! I’d love it if you’d explain what you look for when modifying the blooms.
Thank you! Each blow out is different. I try to bring color into spaces that don't have much if that makes since. Or I bring in other colors to balance it out. Push edges out or bring them in to balance another side.
I love it
Thank you so much!!
A beautiful Lazy Susan, Angelia. Too bad you don't have a "Lazy Husband" like me. I'd never disturb your videos mowing the lawn! 🤣🤣 This is absolutely stunning and we've watched Louise do many. I've mentioned to her and will to you also, that it's a shame to have the beauty covered with pots and pans. Seems like it should be hung on a wall! They're all gorgeous!
All of my clients definitely say they are not placing pots and pans on top of them!!! LOL! Thank you for visiting my channel and watching Dave and Kathy!! :)
Love the functional art and this piece is gorgeous.
Why do you warnish it before painting it?
I varnish it to seal the wood so it will not warp when I put all the heavy house paints on top of it. :)
Fantastic work, really enjoyed watching this one. Many thanks.
(i found you on Marie-Louise channel - in case you wonder)
Aaaaand I subscribed, so we can hopefully meet again....
Thomas
So great to have you here and subscribed!! Thank you so much Thomas!! Until next time :)
This is stunnung❤. I am so glad we met at FAE. Is the white also house paint? What do you use for your bloom mix?
The white is PPG white and pastel base. The bloom mix is 3 parts valspar 2000 Base C and 1 part JoSonja varnish to 1 part paint. Thank you! It was so good to meet you in class!!!! ❤️❤️
Beautiful. Gorgeous. Did I hear you say you thinned out the Cheerful before pouring it?
I did not ;) Thank you so much!!
This is stunning❣️Love the colors. Do you put another layer of varnish or resin on top?
I resin it. Thank you!! ❤️
Just beautiful Angelia and the color combinations! You’ve been BUSY! I guess I need to get started on my spinner😂 yep…need to order some..lol. Are the companion pieces selling along side the spinners?
Thank you! Yes I usually sell 2 to 4 trivets with the lazy Susan's each purchase.
Wow 😮,it turned out absolutely gorgeous 😍 8:36
All the other artworks also look really amazing 😍 9:49

@@AngeliaBlissArt yeah 👍 we will 💞
Hey Hun, did you learn from Louise and Sharmin from watching their videos or did you take a class with them?
I am close friends with Louise!! I thank her for the functional art idea. I saw her paint on Lazy Susan's first but I don't do the exact style as her. I learned the concept of the modified bloom from Sharmin's channel. I hope this makes sense. :) I haven't taken any art classes as yet.
What is the tool you are using to detail the painting? A stick with a round end?
Cake decorating tool from DT.

Hello!! ❤️❤️
I really love your work im a abstract artist but to shy to go utub
@@paintingmakesSamanthaHappy It's a lot of work if you want to build your channel but it really depends on what you want to use your channel for that matters. I hope one day you feel comfortable enough to make the decision that's right for you!! Thank you so much for stopping in and appreciate you!! :)
I have never done this before. Why do you varnish prior to painting? I would think the paint would not stick. Help please.
The lazy susan is finished by the manufacturer but i don't know exactly how the wood is sealed. I have used other wooden products and not varnished them and the wood warped. I do my due diligence myself and just varnish it so that I know it is sealed. Why would the paint not stick to the lazy susan after it is varnished? I have never heard of that happening before and it doesn't happen when I do this technique. Please try and let me know how it turned out for you!! Thank you for stopping by and I hope I answered your question in a way that helped you. Happy Creating!!
@@AngeliaBlissArt Thank you! I have not tried this yet but really want to. Thanks again for your reply and teaching!
@@marthaburge5209 There is another one I painted on my channel in a different color you will like as well. Here is the link: ruclips.net/video/zcx_SzFIGkI/видео.html
