- Damon is coming under fire and so is his family about lies being spread about domestic violence. Lies are being manufactured about Damon's wife being the person he was arrested with 10 years ago in Vegas. Damon claims that the girl that he was arrested with in his Vegas trip was an EX GIRLFRIEND who was NOT his wife that he's currently with. People will go above and beyond to try and ruin someone's reputation out of jealousy and hate. We as the people need to take the time to figure out what is real and what is fake! We need to stop jumping on the band wagon when someone has accusations pointed at them and stop instantly attacking them. Celebrities, RUclipsrs and anyone with a name for themselves are PEOPLE just like us with stories and problems behind the scenes! Not everyone's life is PERFECT even if we only see the good that gets shown to us.
CYBER BULLYING and TARGETING FAMILY is UNACCPETABLE and DISGUSTING behavior that should NOT be allowed.

I saw this already posted elsewhere but I saw that you had posted it and I actually subbed to your channel just because of this. I want to thank you for posting this. This kind of thing is completely unacceptable. I don’t think I can say more than what you have already said, and thanks again for posting this. My heart and prayers go out to Damon and his family. I should say my prayers go out to all people who have been victims of this type of cyber bullying. It’s bad enough when it affects the “celebrity” but it’s beyond horrible when it goes to the family especially children. I hope everybody pans together in support of the victims here, and against the people who have done this. Obviously we should not jump to conclusions about who did this, because I know there’s at least two names out there that are going to get immediate blame for this. And I don’t think that’s right either. But if it is found out, without a doubt, who did this, people need to band together against these people so that we can put an end to, or at least slow down this growing problem.

Actually DGP there are laws for cyberbullying. I don't know how many states or if it is federal but I do know that one of the instances of cyberbullying that helped with the legislation in DC actually happened close to where I live, in O'Fallon Missouri.

We are almost in 2020 people can do a lot through the internet and that shit people do over the internet will hurt.
In the last 5 years of my life I've been exposed to the justice system and how it processes incidents like these. My fiance and her three daughters were abused by her ex-husband and biological dad. He was arrested numerous time, NUMEROUS TIMES for bring the kids back to us from visitation with abuse markings, hits, punches, etc. The police even had to chase him down the last incident about a year ago after he locked himself in a bathroom with his oldest daughter and beat the living crap out of her that she couldn't even walk. He was arrested for it...previous incidences the wife and kids were threatened into changing their stories and dropping charges or not coming to court or bluntly lying to save his ass.
THIS LAST TIME BECAUSE I'M HERE NOW, there was no backing down...we did it all! We went though the court and he faced his accusers (his three daughters). all under the age of 10 at the time of the incident. He was found not guilty because the girls stories were inconsistent and because dad didn't brake the skin open for it to be considered abuse.
RIGHT NOW HIS RECORD IS CLEAN, HE USES THE SAME BULLSHIT CRYING TACTICS TO EXPLAIN HOW ITS ALL A LIE! The problem here is people don't like exposing their ghosts and then they do come out they lie and create more controversy. Damon explained exactly what took place in that hotel room. That is assault, that is domestic assault...THERE IS NEVER A TIME OF DAY THAT YOU SHOULD EVER THINK THAT ITS OK TO PICK UP OBJECTS AND SMASH IT OVER YOUR BF/GF HEAD! The reason why the charges didn't stick is because Damon didn't show up to court as a witness. Most states it is out of the hands of the victim when it comes to domestic assaults, it always goes in front of the judge. She just didn't come as a witness which any basic lawyer will get dismissed.
Yes the incident did take place over 10 years ago, it is something that happened way back in the day...this was brought up by Edmond because how Damon burned him with the Police and his arrest. This was probably a immature thing to do at the time but he was upset and pissed off, rightfully so, so he did it...Houston came to Edmond's side and help...Damon than attacked him as well...to the point that Damon mentioned Houstons wife and kid.
Than after punking out posts a bs video of him crying, like crying means you're being sincere about anything...Damon you're just a punk who's head is bigger than your ego. You burned a friend for a few extra clicks from the public and you got caught and now its everyone else fault because you're a punk. As a person who had to deal with real bullying like a group of older kids standing between you and your route home from school and you can either walk through them or try to turn around and risk them chasing you down I laugh at cyber bullying. What damon is doing is finding a way to make himself the victim and gain sympathy from his fans so they won’t look at him in a certain way for showing the video to police of Edmond doing donughts causing him to get locked up at Monterey. I saw the entire video and yes damon did do that because he felt some type of way, he did one donught thou. He and Houston were going at it as well about him doing that in another video and he admitted that he showed it to the police on his camera. Here is full video of everything that was said, I listened to everything on loud speakers, and this clears Damon from mondi and Houston's false claims.
What you actually get is how Houston berated Damon in a very poor very low blow choice of words and comparison. Not once did Damon approach the police. The fact the police was already doing a blow test and field test was because their minds were made up to put him in jail for the burn out once they found him. It is very normal for Damon to film police with his friends or even someone he doesn't know, he does this for any admissable reasons for the protection of his friends and can use in court. It appears and sounds like Houston was upset and embarrassed and trying to stop the filming of mondi getting arrested. It then escalated to Houston berating Damon for not being so rich and not having top of the line cars. He called him a loser for not owning million dollar vehicles and being on a multi million dollar status. Called him a bad father, Houston said he paid for Damon's birthday to which Damon stated he never asked for and thought it was a friendly heater but Houston is throwing it in his face. Houston is a real POS!

Correct me if I am wrong here, but his arrest report for domestic violence was not a lie (charges were eventually dropped). Saying it was his wife instead of gf at the time was absolutely incorrect. The report is not a fabrication though, correct?

NVSTRZ34 you can look the police report up online. Didn’t take me long to find it. The report stated he was the only one with physical injuries, Therefore corroborating his story that she assaulted him.
But because people heard them arguing, they were both arrested.
