Been using code Keefrica every drop since discovering your reviews. Picked up the Welches V4,Strawberry Shortcake protein, bcaa SP watermelon and SP Redberry hydration. Been using legend for my morning 2 mile walk after 8 hour shift at work. V4 today definitely hits differently felt alot more locked in. Noticed faster walking naturally. I can't wait for my first pump with it. Also, thanks for putting me on to the Redberry it's been my go to for hydration sticks! Ocean water is close second. Keep up the good work, man!

This definitely has me questioning the purpose of All Out in the Ghost lineup. I felt as though Legend would become a more all-arounder with nootropics while All Out would maintain a focus on stimulants and premium doses of stimulant and pump ingredients. I now find myself in the awkward position of looking at a $15 difference for Alpha GPA vs Neurofactor, and a 100mg of caffeine difference. The value of v4 is better, the formula is better. What is Ghost's plan for All Out now? I'm still waiting for a premium non-stim workout experience TBH. But, I am a bit disappointed that All Out is beat out by v4 so easily in price and value. This is basically the equivalent to keep AMINO in the lineup after INTRA released (which Ghost did not), only the price was the same, but you get more nootropics and more electrolytes from INTRA. I honestly don't know where Ghost is going with this, but the fact that you see the same way I see it.... I feel that many others feel the same way or will feel the same way as they start to look more at the price and label.
@@Flowmada at the end of the day, this is a reformulated legend. I think where they go from here, they continually innovate and upgrade their labels. I could absolutely see them all out V2 in the very near future. They have done this with legitimately every product they have dropped. So I think it’s just a matter of time before all is reworked and revamped back to prior greatness. I will say my experience, you don’t miss that 100 mg of caffeine. The mental boost that this one brings is tremendous and I honestly love it. I don’t miss Alpha at all. I’m personally looking forward to seeing what they do with the next version of burn non-stem And where all out does go from here. I will 100% report on at the moment I find out and can tell the public!!
Not too familiar with Vitacholine. Does it give you an overwhelming focused feeling or does it come in smooth?I do like nootropics in pre workouts to an extent but 1 gram seems like a lot

I was taking all out every single day until v4 came out, and I am not turning back to all out. Plus, it seems like there is probably something in the works to create a second version of all out so until another rendition of that actually does release, I’m all about V4 and telling the world of its greatness.
